I love playing the Jungle level as the Predator, at the very start of the mission I turn Heat Vision on and keep it on untill the level is over. It makes me feel like the original Predator lol

this game is creepy as fuk lol the alien / predator movies always gave me chills as a kid the new ones arnt as good i believe many will agree with me there i had the predator concreate jungle for xbox that game was super sweet they took alot from that game and put it towards this one with all the sight modes distractions and trophy kills but adding to the game play with marines and aliens too boot deffinatly a game you wanna pick up hands down the best AVP to date 9.5 out of 10

Each character have stronger and weakness parts. First the marine have a good shooting weapons ans have a flametrower (well balanced). the predator is the strongest one but u have to make kills very close to ur opponent and the alien is the weakest but is the fastest when escaping hunting hiding and moving like a spiderman.

Im going to play the Marines first just to get a feel for the game and to hopefully start the storyline out right... and also just to scare the shit out of me as my entire squad gets raped by aliens. lol

I'm gonna play Alien first, then Predator and Marine as last. I can't deside if it is Predator or Alien which is most awesome! I'm agreed with Brokenfistt, why be prey when you can hunt and own?

im going to be the power house Predator first. Second is the Quick Aliens then it will be (maybe) the marines. idk why i just don't want to be the marines because they are just.... prey in my eyes. why would you want to be pray when you could fuckin destroy everything like the Predators or mass produce and mass wipe-out like the Aliens

Some people like to play as something in a game that they can relate to in real life(human), others would want to for the sake of liking scary games, and of course others for liking the Weaponry - Flamethrowers, Rocket Launchers, and motion tracking Smartguns and Sentry guns can be pretty powerful and fun I'm sure :). Me? I will play for a bit of all of these reasons. The Marine for Scariness and realism (and weaps), Alien for speed and surprise, and Predator for power, stealth, and strategy.

Get this, you're walking around, and a fuck load of aliens rush you. You somehow manage to survive, only to be jumped by a pred. Huge 3 way battle ensues with marine, pred, and aliens going at it, and somehow miraculously, the human is the only survivor.

Can't beat that man.

one thing! Heat vision is used often today in combat and by polis and stuff. So why the hell doesnt marines in the future use heat vision?!?! :D

yep. It was a device that slid down over one eye. Unfortunately for the marines, neither aliens nor Predators show up on infra-red.

Predators would show up in Infa-Red actually.

when cloaked, no. According to the movies, they are somehow able to bend light around them. Infra red light waves included. When not cloaked, of course they would show up, unless they matched the temp of the environment.

It is FPS.

Although playing as aliens, you wont really get to "shoot" anything. Rather just rip them apart and stab them in the face with your tail.

Marines and predators get guns.

Try playing as the only alien against about 10 marines and 5 predators. Alien's have no ranged weapons, so u gotta get in close. And thats hard to do when you have 15 or so fully auromatic pulserifles or plasma cannons aiming at you.

PS: If I wanted to be a marine, I would join the marines. But I don't, so i havent.
