First one is "IOU" by Arthur Baker featuring Nikeeta. According to HouseheadSeb, the second one is "Mellow (Ambient Mix)" by Classic Man (Wayne Gardiner). Third track is "A Better Day" by New Deep Society. And near the end, the one with the female vocals, is "I Gotta Hold On U" by Maurice Joshua featuring Chantay Savage.
