There's actually the normal sized one the MIA and the PRO. If you don't reach for it in my opinion it's your own fault. You're supposed to use it in circular motions, not just do it twice and be done. Even if you use your hands you will still be missing some places and and you won't get it really cleaned. The extra stuff is for dirt. You're supposed to dry the brush head it's not that hard to dry it with a towel. Most of this is just some common sense.
