Both teams played well. Iran is not an easy team to beat. Ball is round and in pro sports, anyone can beat anyone. That's what makes soccer so interesting. Much credit should go to all of those 22 players who gave their hearts on the field. I love this sports.

Friendship between two asian power houses is the most important thing. It is always exciting to watch Korea Rep. vs Iran. Iran got lucky this time. Koreans play a wonderful game. Iran is determined to do better in Asian Games in Doha. Both teams have respect for each other. I love to see Koreans in Tehran's stadium and Iranians in Souel's. After all there are streets in both nations named after their capitals.

@theshinster93 this was friendly match anyway but remember that Spain was playing inside Argentina and lost the gain but Iran was playing inside the Korea NOT IN IRAN. Korea is a good team and we know it but you know that Iran has always been a difficult team for Korea. If there is a match between Korea and a European team I will support Korea and I guess you should have the same feeling towards Iran. Asian teams should have stronger teams and I hope all of us get better.

Korea's big problem is scoring goals! Against Iran they got many chances as well, but didn't score any. :( But the good news is that you can get better at it with a lot of training. Midfield is good (Korea dominated against Iran), and defense is also pretty OK (just a few chances for Iran), but the attack is the weak part of Korea!

Netherlands won yesterday against Finland so I'm happy. :)

Overall I think Korea played better than Iran. However, I think our defense was not doing their jobs correctly. They were a bit lazy on the attack as well. Good effort from both teams though. Korea had so many shooting chances but they blew them. From my perspective Korea should work mainly on effective finishing and defensive unity. Otherwise, the Korean coach needs to be replaced by Hiddiink or someone with European knowledge.
