@robyra20 its no fun to see the same exact album solo in a show. Its better to make the solo your own, than to copy and paste another dudes solos. Chis is cool, but hes like a robot, all technicality and no personality, all his solos in endgame were the repetitive technical shred. Glen put feeling into everything and had his own style. Chris is all by the book. Both have theyre advantages, and disadvantages. I personally think its Glens performances are alot more enjoyable than Chris.

After many years of playing bass, ten yrs of it professionally, I switched to lead guitar. I had no idea where I fit. My stepson likes metallica but it took me a while to warm up to them. Then I ran into Megadeth and that was that - Mustaine and his various outstanding guitarists are setting a fine example of how to play fast and be creative at the same time. And yeah, I'm starting to respect Metallica as well. One question for you metal heads - why aren't Priest and Maiden in the top 4?
