Majority of the people don't care. They're too busy wasting money on trivial things rather than using that time shopping to protest against the shitty government. One of the problems we face is division, divide to conquer is the oldest trick; race, religion, left/right, we need to have all people focus on people vs elite instead of the various wedge issues used as decoy.

The Elite either want a gov they control or no gov, the last thing they want is for the people to have a state by of and for the people that can challenge their power.
