Now, I started out with Prisma because that's what's so often taught and discussed and probably because they are the lower cost of artist-grade colored pencils and they are sold anywhere and everywhere. I do, however, strongly prefer Poly, though I used several brands. If you feel serious about the medium already, go with Poly.
at 0:39 is that a colored pencil version of one of Norman Rockwell's paintings? Looks like it to me lol
