  • Yup, same here. That sense of stillness comes after the exhale and before the beginning of the next inhale.

    Just discovered Kent's videos tonight and have been watching them for the past hour. Lots of good tips! Thank you, Kent.

  • Nice tip but actually, I think you should shoot after you exhale because that's when you released the pressure inside your chest.

    If you shoot right after you took that breath you have more pressure in your body willing to be released.

    After releasing the air from your lungs you can even feel a lot more relaxed. That's my opinion anyways.

  • @diphax I was in the army and you are trained to shoot when inhaled. Thats when you fire the rifle so I guess it applies to photography as well
