Lets be serious... regardless of whether she was drunk or not, she's now dead. We all owe it to each other to be aware of our surroundings, and pedestrians. Pointblank is different, but assuming she's halfway over the road SURELY we're supposed to see her or drive slower in case theres somehing there. Get real. We're all meant to be able to adjust our speed to stop safely, unless something wacky happens. Nobody deserves to die just co they're drunk !

@TheyCallMeMrHappy Ever heard of being so drunk you start crossing the street cuz you think its safe? Ya pedestrians have the right of way, at stop signs and when the light is red for oncoming. I think the fact you are missing is that she was drunk enough that she either stepped off the sidewalk and began crossing when the light was still green, or stumbled off. SO no the cop didn't expect her to start crossing the street. From where i come from cops aren't psychic.

I've had so many people running out without looking at point blank range. It's an incident, a sad one at that, but no more than an incident.

I notice that other than saying "she crossed at an angle", NOBODY addresses the issue of which way the traffic lights indicated. At 1:10 you can see it's a four way with red/yellow/green lights.
If the woman had been crossing against a red light, you would have heard that said repeatedly. If the pigs don't want to say that, it tells me that the murderer ran the intersection without the right of way, and the pigs are covering up a crime.
