As to the tenor guitar -- yes that is a tenor guitar. The tenor guitar was "invented" in the 1920's to provide tenor banjo players with an insturment that they could use in classic and semi-classic music. Thus the first tenors were tuned the same as the tenor banjo CGDA. -- or an octave and a fifth below the mandolin. You have raised yours a fifth. Which is also done frequently. Great video.

The tune is called "Master Crowleys". I learned it from my accordion book.
