@njeradoff Doesn't mean i'm not going to do the workout jackass. It just doesn't make any sense that it can burn 700 calories in that short amount of time. I mean if you were to play football for an 2 hours thats around 1500 calories burned and to burn 700 in just barely a quarter of the time, so it does not make sense to me, just saying. Also i'm not writing this to say this channel is a fraud or anything.

I am kind of confused. At the last bit of the vid it says "last set".....So do you only repeat the jumping jack and the mountain climber or the whole workout. Also do you have to repeat the workout like when it done "sets" or just once?...thanks

OMG i finished this workout in 12 min 40 sec AND I CAN SAY THET IT WASNT VERY CHALLENGING FOR ME(im training since january).its a beginner workout in my opinion
I think that this burns 700 calories depending on how much you weigh, because when you're bigger you burn more calories. I finished this in 18 minutes, so I'm not sure how many I might have burned. It's a great work out nonetheless, I just finished it for the first time. I'm about to start the 9 minute cardio work out !

@th3heritag3gangzt3r A lot of these look pretty easy, but after 20 minutes of them, youre going to be super fatigued probably, and once you push yourself beyond a certain point, youre going to end up burning a good # of calories through afterburn, as a result of temporarily heightened metabolism and anabolism. It would be negligent to only count the calories burnt DURING the workout.

In one of the other videos they talk about the M100 and how it burns about 300+ cals which lasts a few minutes... granted that has 0 rest time.

@Compronickle After each exercise you rest for 15-30 seconds it should look a little something like this
body weight squats 20-30 times(reps) --REST 15-30sec--- Dynamic Push-Ups 10-15 (reps) --- REST 15-30sec --- Jumping Jacks 30sec-- REST 15-30 sec... And so on until you finish the entire workout hope this helps.
It is such a killing work out lol, very effective and the most important thing: it gets your metabolism rate higher for a very long time, so yo keep burning fat even when you're sleeping.

@adrianAttackStyle It probably only burns 300-400 calories with the work out, the extra calories to make up the 700 burned come from the afterburn affect 2 hours later and onwards while your muscles recharge/heal and such.
@DeanDean187 if your goal is to loose weight than yes u shuld start seeing some results by the end of 2nd week if u are eating right (you might not notice the change either but give it a 3rd week and you'll see results) i am not subscribed to this program but i have done "Insanity" and " P90X" google it. this program is a mixed up version of it. this program focuses on ganing muscle and loosing weight together while the other two programs i mentioned are indiviual and has their own results

Before I started doing this, I think I weighed 10 stone 34 pounds. Now 3 and a half weeks later roughly, I weigh 10 stone! I see little difference but I guess it does take fat from all over. But others have told me they see I've lost weight.
@15godfather1 I do it everyday, around 2-4pm when I've eaten breakfast and lunch. It'd use the carbs from those but with the afterburn thing should hopefully continue burning fat

@classic146 idk you may be right but the thing is the more you work out with this type of exercises the more u must eat. it's logical so u can keep the balance. i totally think this works but u must do a lil more research about diet and the afterburn effect. i'm doing this these days. but i can definatey tell u that this was the best workout in my life :P
@15godfather1 When I think of it it was probably 4.5 weeks I lost that much lol before I did this I was jumping rope for an hour and then tried jogging before breakfast, but I plateaued with the 1st and the 2nd was exhausting. I'm amazed I lost that much because i thought at most i could lose 2lb a week, maybe its to do with food i had in me at the time, i dunno xD I'm quite slim so god knows where the 30lbs left from. But no problem, i hope it works for you!
@Derangedxzombie can i ask you what kind of food did you eat? and what is the logic of it? cause you know i can do 1000 and 1000 of workouts but if the diet is not in relationship with this it could be even risky. thanks for the reply
@15godfather1 I try to eat 1200-1500 cals a day to use my fat reserves but not make my body go into starve mode. I usually eat 4 weetabix and semi skimmed milk for breakfast as its fibre, low fat. Then a tuna sandwich with that 50/50 bread (and small amount of mayo so its not too dry) or spam & lettuce. Dinner kinda varies, i live with my family so sometimes i end up eating what they are (it doesn't help). Otherwise i eat something like plain chicken, broccoli, etc. And drink just water 24/7
I watched alot of Mikes videos guys this is cardio it only burns your body fat so you can see your six pack.Then you can startto do abs workout.

It is such a killing work out lol, very effective and the most important thing: it gets your metabolism rate higher for a very long time, so yo keep burning fat even when you're sleeping.

@digikingfly i did!on my first try it wasn't easy,but on 2nd i actually did pretty well and continued doing very well.Because of this,you have to have a goal.For instance,my goal is to lose weight and gain muscle,abs,v-taper,and defined leg,so i can impress the girl i like.

@adrianAttackStyle It probably only burns 300-400 calories with the work out, the extra calories to make up the 700 burned come from the afterburn affect 2 hours later and onwards while your muscles recharge/heal and such.

@DeanDean187 if your goal is to loose weight than yes u shuld start seeing some results by the end of 2nd week if u are eating right (you might not notice the change either but give it a 3rd week and you'll see results) i am not subscribed to this program but i have done "Insanity" and " P90X" google it. this program is a mixed up version of it. this program focuses on ganing muscle and loosing weight together while the other two programs i mentioned are indiviual and has their own results

i'm the kind of guy that cycles 30 km around the park every day and still weighing the same.but after doing this workout i was more soaked than after 30 km of cycling. i'm telling you this is working cause u can really feel it. TRY IT AND U'LL SEE. ( btw i think the most killer exercise was the plank ) oh and MIKE YOU ARE AMAZING DUDE KEEP UP WITH THIS CAUSE I'M SURE THIS IS ALOT MORE HELPFUL THAN MANY SCAMS OUT THERE. THANK U SO MUCH FOR UPLOADING VIDS AND TEACHING PEOPLE HOW TO ENJOY LIFE ^^

Before I started doing this, I think I weighed 10 stone 34 pounds. Now 3 and a half weeks later roughly, I weigh 10 stone! I see little difference but I guess it does take fat from all over. But others have told me they see I've lost weight.

@15godfather1 I do it everyday, around 2-4pm when I've eaten breakfast and lunch. It'd use the carbs from those but with the afterburn thing should hopefully continue burning fat

@classic146 idk you may be right but the thing is the more you work out with this type of exercises the more u must eat. it's logical so u can keep the balance. i totally think this works but u must do a lil more research about diet and the afterburn effect. i'm doing this these days. but i can definatey tell u that this was the best workout in my life :P

@15godfather1 When I think of it it was probably 4.5 weeks I lost that much lol before I did this I was jumping rope for an hour and then tried jogging before breakfast, but I plateaued with the 1st and the 2nd was exhausting. I'm amazed I lost that much because i thought at most i could lose 2lb a week, maybe its to do with food i had in me at the time, i dunno xD I'm quite slim so god knows where the 30lbs left from. But no problem, i hope it works for you!

@15godfather1 I try to eat 1200-1500 cals a day to use my fat reserves but not make my body go into starve mode. I usually eat 4 weetabix and semi skimmed milk for breakfast as its fibre, low fat. Then a tuna sandwich with that 50/50 bread (and small amount of mayo so its not too dry) or spam & lettuce. Dinner kinda varies, i live with my family so sometimes i end up eating what they are (it doesn't help). Otherwise i eat something like plain chicken, broccoli, etc. And drink just water 24/7
