@fabihanski yes you could put a few more fish if you wanted mainly because neons don't take up much biomass.

can i have 1 female batta 15 neon tetras and 4 oto catfish in a 33 us g tank and still have room

Arixom- There are 5 female bettas. You can see 4 of them clearly in this video. These are the times you can find each in the video. Purple at 1:11, Red 1:17, Green 1:27, Green/purple together 2:53, Blue by the cats tail 3:20

TheCockatiellover- I use a gravel vacuum every two weeks or once a month. When vacuuming the gravel I take out about 5 gallons. I treat the water going back in with Aquasafe before I pour it in. I change the filter cartridge once a month. I also try not to overfeed.

Those are Khuli Loaches. They are very peacfull and do a great job keeping the gravel free of any left over food.
