  • i think raqui is a really ahuge women in size and height as well i would lie to see you.

  • Raqui, I just wanted to say, you handled that skinny girl very well, and I'm impressed by how well you stood up to her. As a woman of size myself, I know how difficult it can be when you're being ridiculed in a society that obsesses over thinness and worse, anorexia. Cheers to you!

  • Ok. Just in my opinion, there is a difference from 'accepting how you naturally are', and being obsese. If they are the way they are because they can't help it (genetics, medical), then by all means they shouldn't care what people think. But if they are that way because of poor diet, exercise; and we're telling them to 'embrace themselves'? That is NOT healthy.

  • @poopy8panda I totally agree and I am a big girl! I feel like if you cant help it, then learn to love yourself... otherwise, learn to be healthy!!

  • thank you so much some day i want to model and keep worrying about size thank u for helping me start to like my siz again

  • I understand being proud of yourself no matter what size you are. But being obese is not good at all. One should strive to be a healthy. I myself struggle with weight. And even though I have confidence in myself I'm still working towards a healthy weight because it's what is best for my health.

  • I wish i could be as positive as u, i been tryin to gain and lose idk wat to i i keep changing my mind! How can u be so strong! i want to love myself the way u do! i love u Queen Raqui! i really do! ur so strong and beautiful and ur a great person! i announce u my new idol ily ;-;

  • are u not worried about your health?

  • raqui is gorgeous i understand her point about loving urself but she needs to lose weight for her health

  • Dont worry my health is in tip top shape. I marvel my dr everytime :)

  • well thats good as long as u are healthy and happy with urself that is all that matters ...im a big girl too i like the way u rep and went off on that shorty that was 85lbs.....but yea do u mama get that money lol...

  • @RaquiBx but how can you run, walk, jump, etc... i am not trying to be mean or anything, but statistically you are at so much more risk for diseases. and.. lets be honest: there are not that many old people your size. i am all for acceptance, and you have the right to do what you want with your life, but isnt it hard living at that size?

  • "Bombarded with why we're not good enough." Wow, do I hear that. People make up so many arbitrary reasons to put other people down, and they forget so easily that height, weight, age, sex, race... None of it matters.

No matter who a person is, or what they do, they'll never be perfect. The only standard that really matters is that people keep trying to be the best they can be. Only one measurement can determine our worth; the will to do right; our true character.

  • WOW!! I could never be this confident im big but i want to be not skiny but healthy be able to look good in what i see other girls wearing i think its too much to bo that bigi bet they would love to be not thin but less big i would! and im not even 1/2 of what she is

  • You have to decide what you need to do with your life and go for it whether it is losing weight or staying as you are, or gaining as many want to. Confidence comes from my works and my satisfaction for what i believe in and stand for. It is all inside and you can work on taking the next step toward that also. Good luck.

  • ur puertorican and dont speak spanish??

  • mmmm tasty.

  • i want a squash....sounds great

  • There is noting wrong to love yourself:)

  • this isnt meant to be mean, but where do they find clothes that big?

  • 6'4?600 pounds?

    DDAANNNGGG!!

  • OMYGOD! I have no negative feelings for women of size but WOW. she is big. I like that raqui is a strong strong woman. but I still think she needs to lose some weight. [HEALTH WISE]

  • raqui is the only 600 pound woman i would have sex with

  • i dun really understand squashing is a kind of treatment or exercise or massage??I have never really heard about it..What are the advantages?

  • wow...tyra doesnt seem judgmental and negative about this (no offence, but she can be about certain topics like this)...good for her on having an open mind!

  • raqui should get gastric bypass and start modeling.

    shes gorgeous.

  • I think Raqui is very beautiful =]

No matter what size she is.

  • raqui is SO BEAUTIFUL ohmygod i'm blown away.

    woah O_O

  • raqui is really preety though

  • its not healthy to be too fat or too skinny

    you need to be HEALTHY

    theres pride in THAT

  • I wont lie!! I cant be fat like dat! my GOD!! if she teaches self-acceptance it's good. I have a friend she's also "fat" but not dis kind!!! and I'm always like "sweetie please watch ur weight"

  • it's easy to judge these women for their size, but when Raqui speaks, I can't help but to listen.

  • Woahh, I'm sorry but she is massive.

  • But look at her, she's gorgeous.

  • Why should obese people hate themselves? Is it a requirement? Why should others hate them? Personally, I'm trying to lose weight. If anyone wants to help/join me/comment:

  • Im the same been the same for almost 10 years.

  • i absolutely love those two women, but that guy looks really intimidated lol

  • I dont get it.....Are you saying you gained all that weight on purpose?

  • poor man in the middle

    "i'm being squished!!!"

(but i guess that's the point, huh?)

  • Whoa you are 6'4? That is so tall! Aw this was sweet

  • Raqui you are amazing and an inspiration to everyone.

  • It's about time that full figured women have a voice! Queen Raqui is an advocate for full figured women. My hats off to her!

  • So true what you said about women. Even being a victim, we are told how to act/react. I think what you represent for me is someone who isn't looking to others for answers as to who YOU are. ALL women need to stop looking to others, especially men, for validation OR even looking to them to dictate how to act/react. Face your fears, ladies! Stop looking to others for how to live your lives!!! You rock, Raqui!!!

  • you are wonderful and beautiful queen raqui <3 strut your stuff girl! :D i'm so proud to know of such a good hearted girl <3 you r a insperation :D i love you

  • you should be proud! <3 you are a beautiful woman <3 i love you ,,and i'm so proud <3

  • Queen Raqui you strut your thing girl!

  • I don't think this is really healthy but if they can't change it,it's beautiful to know they are fine with that.

  • Raqui is right...statistics and studies show that a person who is overwt but FIT is healthier than thier thinner counterparts who are no fit...meaning the people who eat/drink anything without caring as opposed to a healthy diet!!!!!!!!!

  • That's my girl!!! WE PROUD!

  • Raqui you go girl you have the right thoughts in your head. You are a stong person who beleives in something that is wonderful. Girl, you are beautiful.

  • go head raqui im 18 and overweight and i just love you...u made me feel good about myself...keep on shining.......girl...and i listen to your radio and read your online magazine....and im proud to say that im a bbw....

  • Why just dont live and let live????

Is that hard? If you don´t like Raqui don´t look at her, period.

  • There's a difference between being big and being morbidly obese like these women are. There is nothing healthy about being 600 pounds no matter how you try and spin it.

  • One thing look up words before you used them. There is nothing morbid about me and nothing morbid about any of the women on the show. being obese, big, fat, whatever you want to call it is not a death sentence as proven by medical research it is not not a garantee to be unhealthy as proven through medical research. A fat person who eats a good diet, and excerises moderately is known to live longer, be healthier than a slim person who doesnt or a slim person who over excerises.

  • Racqui "morbidly obese" is correct medical terminology to describe grossly overweight people, maybe you should educate yourself before accusing others of mis-using words. I've got nothing against you personally but I do have a problem with you trying to pass yourself off as "healthy" at 600 pounds. I think it is irresponsible of you and sends a dangerous message to people who think they can eat whatever they want without any consequences for their health.

  • Look up the word morbid I am not a morbid person. I think it is irresponsible of you to believe that all fat people eat whatever they want. If you check out anything about me, which you havent I speak about how i have been on a low sodium no fried food diet since I was 14 years old because I wanted to be healty which is why I am healthy to this day. People like you think that fat equals bad eating habits, many slim people have far worse habits than I do like my Fiance. Dont let fat blind you.

  • Well, your online magazine shows a true sign of inspiration and a lift of confidence. To truly feel good about yourself is testament. The quotes suitable: "Through adversity comes the greatest of success," and "Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game."

  • Uhh, a LOW SODIUM diet? Do you think we are retarded? On this other video of yours, you're eating CHICKEN WINGS and RIBS from Chicken and Wings on the Run... What, you think they made those wings/ribs using no salt? Those are just the kinds of foods that are high in sodium. It's okay if you're fat, but it's disgusting that you're a hypocrite and promoting fatness through lies.

  • Your telling me that you MUST never ever eat anything with salt. There is a diffrence between treating yourself to once a week or even 2 or 3 times a week compared to people having a daily diet of high salt food 3 times a day. Get real we live in a world in which everything is processed, the raw food we buy is processed. I have seen more slim people pick up there daily big mac for lunch EVERYDAY than I have ever had in my lifetime. Doesnt mean i wont eat fast food. I just try to balance it.

  • You don't understand her message though. Its her sending out a message that you shouldn't be ashamed of yourself for being big or in your terms "Mobidly obese." Of course you should watch what you eat(As she does say for your information)Maybe you should recheck yourself before putting up an arguement that is invalid in many terms. Its okay for her to be 600 if she's happy. This is a message of size acceptance, nothing more and nothing less. Nothing personal but that wasn't irresponsible.

  • I agree with courtjesting. Though it's great that there's this 'self-acceptance' trend, this glorification of unhealthy living has got to stop.

  • I have to admit, you talk a lot of smack for the least medical data you have. I'm sorry but you could be 600 lbs and actually be more healthier than a 120 lbs woman. Of course there are higher chances of being Heavier. Heart Problems and liver problems are the two places that are hit. I'm not trying to spin it in anyway shape or form, but I'm telling you the straight up truth. Even if your 120 and think your metabolism is high and eat unhealthy you can have more than liver and heart problems.
