why do that to burn fat? Just run, ski, bike or whatever. This is exercise for muscles. Burning fat is simply about getting less energy into your body than you spend.

thing is, if you want to BURN fat most actively, you're better off if you go jogging for an hour or smth than doing this. This is more for muscle toning rather than fat burning perse. You do burn some fat though but just not as much as you would by doing cardio exercises. If you're already low on fat these workouts are great for keeping you in shape.
