The Indian Ringneck Parrot (aka Indian Ringneck Parakeet).
Although Officially Classified as a Parakeet - Indian Ringnecks are True Parrots.
Indian Ringnecks are comical, very intelligent, and make great pets. They learn quickly and love to be the center of attention.
Arguably, the Indian Ringneck's talking a...bility is superior to every bird except for the African Grey. They are able to pronounce words with amazing clarity and easily compete with Quakers and Amazons.
When should they begin to feather?, I currently have a 3 week old in the nest box with it's parents, it's eye's opened about 3 days ago, (it is going to be lutino), but there is no sign of feathers yet, it looks healthy, and is quite fat, with a full crop, should I be concerned about the lack of feathers yet?
