This goes with the story I'm writing called Scarlet Sunsets. Black would be the singer, and Annebel would be IceHeart. Black is a demon cat and he accidentally kills IceHeart. He was fighting over her with another cat but the fight resulted in IceHearts death. This song fits the story so much its scary. :O

Annabel Lee is based off of the wife Edgar Allen Poe had (i think her name was Virginia). He wrote Annabel Lee becoz his wife dieing of Consumtion (Terberculous). He was writing about her death and how much he loved and missed her while she was dieing in the other room, so kinda like he was looking into the future of when she died. He was very much in love with his beloved Virginia when she died at a young age.

After wandering through many places and finding Annabel's killer, "The Thespian."

Though she loved him, in the end she had to kill him to save herself.
