Presador, all you had to do was ask a good friend around the area to use his computer, take the hard drive out of your Gateway FX laptop, get permission from the friend to use a SATA II and data connection & power in their computer, and get the drive to detect on windows. If you had the commentary's on desktop, "Users\Elpresador\Desktop" would be the location. This video is old news, you may have figured it out by now, maybe not. Hopefully this helped though bro.

just plug ur PVR into the laptop..put the PVR`s software disk into the disktray..2 options will come up...one of which are the drivers..all u need is the disk u got with the PVR

1) Plug the pvr into the computer using usb and see if it will automatically search the internet for the drivers

or....

2)search google for the hauppauge drivers and try some of those.
