the ltz and the kfx are the same thing but with minor adjustments this is a newer kfx you can tell by the case cover on this side see how the coolent feed in hose is pointed high they are lower on the ltz's... but wen u buy some parts at ether on line or in an actual store store they can be bought in a yamaha parts box/ bag or suzuki box/bag so this guy prob just got confused or didnt kno wat the hell he was talking about lol

in 2003 the kfx 400's were made by suzuki and had the same motor in them it's like the Polaris and Ktm with the 525
