no its leagal. the puck cannot be hit by the stick in above the crossbar. oscar picked up the puck and dropped it on the goalies head. that is not being hit above the crossbar. its a shot, hit goalie in head, not smacked in above crossbar. perfectly legal brilliant goal. as displayed by the left d-man who is like WTF did he jus do lol
