I borrowed that audio from friends who purchased it at the Giza Sound and Light Show years earlier. This was in 1992.

It allowed me to match the Sphinx narration quite closely to my video, discarding

audio recorded at that time.

Among numerous subjects i am ignorant of is the identity of whoever spoke for the Sphinx. You raise a voice over topic I would never have thought of, concerned only with doing a decent job of editing.

I went to it when I lived in Maadi when I was 12. It was an incredible time of my life. As far as I know you cannot enter inside the Pyramids.

Nice video. You had better luck filming it than I did. My couple of attempts turned out too dark & couldn't see much. The light show wasn't what I was expecting when I was there. I was expecting some fancy lazer light show set to music instead of this history lesson, I started to doze off while sitting there (tired after a long day in the sun).

@ayaz0lgs No there isn't any that I'm aware of. Why would there be an age restriction? I doubt people take babies or toddlers inside them though, but maybe they do. I wouldn't because I hear it's hot and stuffy, you'd then have crying babies ruining the experience for others. @Neilfan12

Things can change everywhere. This clip is from my video of Egypt in 1992, "King Tut, Ramses and Me". Luxor in Vegas was an unlit disappointment at night when I was there in 2002, filming what became "Neon Nights".

Perhaps the Sphinx mentions other historic figures when speaking in languages such as Arabic. This sound & light show is offered in about eight different languages.

I entirely disagree with you, having found nearly all Egyptians to be very warm, generous, and happy to talk with me. Of course bargaining for nearly every purchase, even postcards, was a new experience, but I got used to it.
