  • @oltenaa it means "we overcome him" (the enemy). I believe it's Zulu. (I'm from S.Africa, but don't speak any, unfortunately). powerful joyful stuff <333

  • i lv ths son, indid simnqobile satane

  • IM NOT RELIGIOUS....... This is amazing music

  • @duertoadr watch your ignorant mouth, and get your racist ass off of youtube you prick.

  • @duertoadr ...wtf did you just say?

  • Beautiful voices

  • this is not allowed in islam

  • @Bagpipe2009 obviously.... thats because islam does not preach about love. no offence intended. im just speaking wut is true. that religion is abt hate. violence, politics and law. its just so to the point wher the men see themselfs as god n thats why its so easy for them to take anothers life.

  • @Bagpipe2009 the bible says 'thou shalt not kill.' it also says that commiting suicide is a sin because u r taking a life and u arent the Creator. u did not create urself flesh, blood, muscles. the Bible talks of love and tells us how we can become better people ...'luv ur neighbor as u lov urself.'

  • I'ma play it over and over and over!

  • Love this song so much. Does anyone have the lyrics to this song please ( in the original language)

    God Bless x x

  • @ChRoNiiC95

    nanguyana eyoshona x2

    uyabaleke uyabaleka usathane

    thina simnqobile usathani x3

    ngegazi elemvana

it basically stays the same afta ^^the 2 verse which means they keep on singing the same then at the end they go back to the first verse

  • @graciousncube Thank you :) x x

  • dont i just love this rhythym? I dont need to know what they are singing for me to know they are lifting up God's name in their baritone voices, loud screams, claps, drums, etc. Big up d Lord people!

  • @christfollower8902 lol its not loud screams, its ullulating, its a 'sound' africans make when celebrating. for example at weddings etc, n obviously when praising God

  • @afrogirrl16 ok thanks for sharing :)

  • i just love this group and their songs.....keep it up and god bless u all

  • thank you for the meaning, but can i have the original lyric please. Thank u

  • i love this choir

  • oh God is gud, i can't believe i listening 2 dis song

  • I absolutely love this song! It makes me feel good!!

  • This is so amazing!!!!!!!! What a rejoicing sound!!!!!!!!!! harmony is so tight!!!!!! i just love this kind of vibe!!! its feels so good to be African!!!! This is in my veins!!!! Praise the LORD

  • Love this song, our choir sung this for black history month

  • Psalm 117:1 “Praise the LORD, all YOU NATIONS; exalt him, all you peoples. 2 For great is his love toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever.”

Praise be to the God of Israel!

  • Askido, foolish comment. He has done a lot for 'these people' what an ignorant thing to say! God has given the talent that they share, the hearts that allow them to put up with such ignorance and sad thing you may never know such joy. I hope you do. They are as great in life as they are on stage, believe me.

  • Simply amazing.

  • What has God done for these people? All they've known is brutality and misery. Any takers?

  • @askido351 *Thina Simnqobile means, we have overcome the Devil.

    Hes fleeing away

    We have overcome him

    We have overcome him

By the blood of the Lamb

    We have overcome the Devil

  • @askido351 if u have nothing that is remotely uplifting to say keep your remarks to yourself. people like you are the reason this world is not better. just enjoy the music; who are we to judge them?!? we do not know how close a song such as this may be to these people.

    Just enjoy the music. thanks.

  • ya'll is amazing!!!!!! you should to the U.S. AND TOUR IT. I know so many people would love it. bBut seriously you all are amazing i love you.

  • Beautiful song. Utterly beautiful.

  • I love this song and the whole group fantastic music with sweet harmony and drums

  • it is magnificent! Its impossible not to feel touched by God with this

  • @ramires23 - as an Atheist I totally disagree. The song touched musically and I marvel at what men, women and children can do with their talent. But as for feeling God? Nope sorry, not for me.

  • I'd love to have the african lyrics to this song :)

  • Such sweet harmonies, drums are beautiful also.Don't really know what they are singing about, but it is beautiful.

  • THIS IS LOVELY

  • Does a dvd exist showing this song being performed live by this group? I would love to have a copy of it.

  • do you have these lyrics in african?

  • gosh african has one of the best choir voices ever... They're so blessed with beautiful harmony.. the dynamics and use of vocals is amazing.. umm does anyone know what they're singing about?

  • @vajaa theyre saying "we have overcome the devil" but theyre really talking about the white rule

  • wow I love that... Definitely a fact that we have overcome the devil... and such a beautiful way to claim that through beautiful voices.. All glory to God.. umm not too sure what the white rule is though :)

  • @singtiff315xoxo actually no, that's not what they're really talking about. They explained what the song meant to them during the concert I attended.

  • @vajaa its a freedom song so when i say white rule i mean the white people who were ruling over them

  • im obsessedd with this sonng<3

  • Is that sung in Xhosa?

  • Who knows the lyrics to this song me and my group would love sing this song at church can somebody please help with the right lyrics? pls

  • Comment removed

  • Truly African...I can't listen to this song and remain still.

  • the harmony that the african choirs have is a diff sound that any other type of music. I love how they have they men sing baritone not just tenor

  • this music makes me pray..thank you God, for everything! I love you so much even if sometimes I do bad things..thank you for forgiving me...

  • i looooooooooove it!!!

  • niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • Very powerful........Praise GOD

  • they performed here at our Vodafone Arena in Suva city, Fiji Islands in 2008...io eh, they as good as they are on DVD as they are live...I can give testimony to dat! praise the Lord for giving talents unwasted

  • This is a great rendition of this song. Can someone please tell me if this song is done live on a DVD? If so, can it be purchased somewhere? Thanks

  • and THIS is why I want to go to africa.

I want to experience this and feel what im singing, not just sing it...

  • You wont really feel this when you visit... You'll want to run back to your clean hotel room with western food. lol

    Trust me.

  • doesnt make sense at all .

  • What doesn't make sense?

Apart from South Africa, which African country is nice? Let's be real... Sand roads, uneducated people and poverty are not exactly things people enjoy. The wild life is amazing and maybe to learn about the cultures, but otherwise what?

  • u obviously dont know wat u are talkng about hw ignorant....

  • I've lived in Congo, Angola and I've spent the greater part of my life in South Africa... Ignorant? No! Truthful? Yes. Prove me wrong.

  • Comment removed

  • Now that's racist... :-) And have you people even been to Africa? Not on a luxury tour that is... :-)

  • Comment removed

  • You're from Texas! I highly doubt you know anything about this part of the world! And as for your comment, what the hell are you on about? Backward mentality.

  • The world has another idiot!

  • Speak for yourself. And this is really weak now... GET A LIFE!

  • Comment removed

  • Sorry for that comment..please get re-educated on Africa..I am form a developing country in Africa and I am proud to say our literacy rate is 83%..whereas in some states in USA its 65%...been there done that..I am a citizen of the world and have lived in both the US and Europe

  • missthato... Who are you talking to? And where in Africa are you from? On your homepage it says US virgin islands - That's a long way from Africa! And btw, the most illiterate state in America is TEXAS (no joke) at around 11% - that's nothing close to 65%!

  • @farahmichael i'm an African who is not from South Africa. You obviously know nothing about Africa. You've never watched the sun set on Lake Malawi or been greeted by a Malawian smile, you've never visited hustling bustling Maputo (Mozambique) danced all night in the clubs and eaten coconut flavoured prawns. you've never visited crowded and charming Kampala (Uganda) or ridden on a death defying boda boda. You'll never see the beauty of the rest of Africa because your mind is closed. How sad.

  • @Missreepee You are definately a white person! I've been to Maputo and it was rubbish!:-)

This is not ignorance, its the truth!

Where are you from? Germany? Holland? lol...

Africa is 3rd world - even the locals agree...!

  • @farahmichael well, I must say that this is the first time I've been called white (which just goes to show that colour is skin deep). Sorry to disappoint you Farah. I am currently studying in Germany but was born and raised in one of the 3rd world countries you hate so much. Some of us choose to see the glass as half full. I'm going back after my studies to help develop my country. If you hate Africa so much you don't have to go there.

  • @Missreepee Who said I hate Africa? I'm making money here - it's great! ;-) And just by the way, I live in South Africa... It's a different story... :-)

  • @farahmichael Maputo is a wonderful place. Friendly people, very good seafood, everything is very cheap, beautiful beaches and islands, architecture and history.

  • @farahmichael

Omd you are so dum, if you have never been to africa do not make judgment of a place you have never been to, i guess the media has corrupted your mind. Yes there is poverty in Africa but there is also educated and beautiful places. Ghana is developing, egpyty is nice, zimbabwe was great till recently with its political stuff. South africa is nice bt obviously there are some issues there so is everywhere right. You are a douche bag

  • @macvim I live in Johannesburg you idiot. Africa is the worst continent.

  • @farahmichael llooooooooooooooooooooolllll so funny...ok what are you doing on this page???you push people to get angry, even though it might be the truth , on what are you concerned??u ar not willing to help this continent anyways so either you leave it or you shut up becoz this continent is sick of blood suckers like u...at least avoid any others african pages...

  • @enesfra You're not Mandela... So Vokof! Africa needs more people like me, Africans are their own worst enemies! Maybe you should do something for your land instead of running away from it! Hypocrite! ;)

  • @farahmichael llllllloooooooolllll u ar definitly a big joker lllloooooollll so africa needs more people like u huh??so can u tell me wat for???for looting ??and the amaizinest thing is that u not ashamed to shout it out everywhere that "im sucking africa down, im one of these robbers"!!!llloooooooolll fuker, i prefer face people with real conviction like real racist(u know wat is in their mind so nobody step to nobody) but guy lik u ar just good for burning, kom 2 my place nd ull see lllooolll

  • @enesfra Lmao! Buy an education you fool.

  • @farahmichael more educated than u can imagine, im sure more than u...

  • @enesfra Community college doesn't count sweetheart. But if it makes you happy...

  • @farahmichael ....???!!!!ok....if it took u i week to answerdat, there is not point 4 mto continue this conversation wit u...still stealing, apparently this is the best u can do.

  • @enesfra Your mother is the best I can do :-)

  • @enesfra P.S. Only kaffirs steal and kill... :-) How's life in England? haha

  • Awesome Pics!

  • praise the LORD GOD above the creator of all things

LET GOD ARISE AND HIS ENEMIES BE SCATTED

WHAT AN AWESOME GOD WE HAVE xoxox

  • this is truely africa...i can feel the dream in my heart!!!love it
