I grew up on Morse St, went to St. Jerome, played little league at Loyola park. It never was a very safe neighborhood, but I have a soft spot for it.

I grew up on Morse St, went to St. Jerome, played little league at Loyola park. It never was a very safe neighborhood, but I have a soft spot for it.
Although there are a good number of thugs in RP, I don't think video taping them while you ride around in your car is solving the problem. First of all, you are driving very slowly while pointing something at people. Makes you look like you're gonna do a drive by. Also nobody likes to be taped in that manner.
