What a GREAT band this was. Saw this band at Biddy Mulligans in Chicago back in the day. My buddy Dan who's blind was sweet talking this guy's girl and the loser picks a fight with Dan, I tell him swing right NOW and he knocked the asshole off his bar stool. We stopped it before it went to far. That's why I love this song.
First concert I went to. Probably not quite acid music, but it was also my 1st time with LSD. 16 years old, 1975, all I remember was Toy's finger pickin BURNIN in color. Awsome!
the great marshall tucker band ride into watseka illinois on valentines day weekend saturday feb 12, 2011. they are staying at the watseka theatre. i have my tickets.
Love Them Outlaw Bodies !!!! Bet they had fun doin' this..... Stompin' each other, blowin' the crap out of each other !!!! Every Band Members dream come true... {she giggles} From One Outlaw Trucker, Luv that LONG HARD RIDE !!!!!
Paul T. told me a funny story about his horse running off out of control down the hills in CA. I laugh every time I think of that story. Killer LP. Great art work and music. Thanks for posting this.
According to a video about the history of the MTB, this scene was played in various movie theaters in 76. Therefore it is probably the first of what is now known as a 'music video'. MTB was truly talented in many ways.
Amazing ... saw this video on Danish TV in 1976 and have a memory of it being much, much better ... it was good enough to make me a fan for the following 10-15 years after that ... but seeing this video today, I don't get it ...
Musically though, up to Greetings From South Carolina, they were really nice. They swung.
Paul has a nice beard, but it is instantly destroyed by the beard that is Jerry's. I happen to be a connoisseur of these type of things. So I tend to take a notice to a well defined beard. I hope you enjoyed this insight, as it will help you in your future endeavors.

Gotta get to Georgia tonight

Been down in Denver jail for four long years
