Keyboard doesn't matter, the only thing that matters in keyboards are that they are easy to use, not too old, and NOT wireless, Wireless take batteries and have a shorer life.
but over all great gaming case. when i am done with this thing it will have some cold cathode tubes and water cooled video cards and cpu just to be efficiant. the 2 main contributers to the noise are my compUSA branded psu and my cpu fan when at full speed. i have a fan controler for my cpu fan. a zalman dont remember the model though.
i have the same exact case, i need to do better cable management on it. its a mess in there....lol. well i killed the temp wire on accident back in january when i got the case fan speed works great. the sound meter only works with on board sound and you have to have it blasting(the software volume control) if you have headsets with inline volume control then your just fine. if you dont dont have your volume all the way up i also need a better mother board some more ram and video card.

lol but hardly, £400-£500 on a pc isnt that much, compared to those with $3000 dollar mega systems on youtube which will be a waste of money in like 3 months.

and ive asked about the vu meter to work. aparantly you have to plug you speakers or headphones in the front jack or something. im not sure and havent bother trying yet.
oh my VU meter has never worked properly tho it does react to some windows noises such as if an error occurs or something or when im volume control (that sound). but it doesnt seem to react to music or anything. sometimes its just random. though my other gauages work fine (fan and temp) and the controls on the side (for fan) so its not all bad.
i tend to use headset to be honest most of the time too.
what kind of fps you getting with cod4 and what settings ?
And yeah I found out about the VU meter, apparently you have to have onboard sound. I run a X-Fi Xtreme Gamer so I can't plug in the VU meter, it doesn't do anything which sucks. Oh well it's not important.
155 fps. sometimes higher sometimes lower. really its not a stress test at all. maybe back when i played it on a geforce 4 ti4200 but that was around the time of release so.
in game. i have settings on all high with full hdr, 4x aa, 4x af and i get anywhere from 70-100 constant. more than enough playable.
yeh they might be. but im not to fond of the mx518 and its shape to be honest.(for me) and well i havent tried the keyboard but ill take a look next time i get a new one. had this saitek for ages.

Hey man nice setup, we're pretty much the same only I run AMD and an XFX 8600GT, with a Creative X-Fi sound card and 5.1 Logitech x-540 speakers.
What do you think of the 8600? I'm getting ready to upgrade personally, not enough to play COD4 happily lol.
