I second that - although at the same time, this type of finger pointing is the easiest form of response. When I've read more into the subject of his discussion, and more about Bruce himself, I'll get back to you. It's easy to spew negativity at someone - but more important to come to terms on a level playing field. Understanding both the negative aspects of his belief, and the positive.

If enough enlightened people start now to solve the issues we face we do not have to become extinct. So we can be as the animals and claim we can not change. Or we can embrace the change and use technology to arrest what is out of control and begin to restore the planet. We need to plant trees in all the deserts. We need to build pipelines from the ocean to bring water to people who need it. No more war. Time to work together.

The people are distructive, based on greed not need. The eco structure is being destroyed, and the food that is required for all of life one the planet is being sestroyed. The whole echo structure is being damaged from marine life to plant life to aninal life, and then human life. People don't even know that the fish stocks have nearly run out. Pollution has messed up the air, the government is spraying poisons in the air.

he is living in the past. namely the 1960-70's when deterimism was prevalent. the thing is determinism died along with the 1990's. but bruce is still living in the past. self dilluted he is, he thinks the world still exists as it was, the only one (himself) capable of learning new things he thinks only of himself. if you learn of ANY new genetics (2007+) they material always stresses the BALANCE between genes affecting the organism and the enviroment affecting the organism.
