Ok..I'm a licensed Barber and Cosmetologist and this is so wrong in so many ways... I don't know what the State Regulations in Tennessee are but here In AZ and Cali this is so NOT allowed in a salon or barber shop. There is no open flam allowed at all near the cutting chair or styling stations....
