@RealLy96 if you mean the fact that its now in one piece, he was refering to the Berlin Wall that separated West and East Germany from each other(the Eastern part was under the Soviet). It restricted the freedom of movement, split families ect. The wall was torned down in 1990 (the German Reunification, which would take a long time since they were apart for so long), so this song was made 3yrs after. It was a big deal at the time over there since the process would take several years. : D

This video was made before 1991. Russia is still plotted as a Soviet Russian (there is Ukraine, Belarus...). And for clarification, Czechoslovakia at that time really exist (existed from 1918 to 1993). January 1, 1993, Czechoslovakia split into two independent states - the Czech Republic - Slovakia, Slovaks wanted their own state and not be "in shadow " of the Czechs. I hope that I have learned that the history of my country, and I apologize for the compiler to Google.

Finally, Polynesia is a territory consisting of hundreds of islands that are not countries in their own right.
