You are right but to me he is beyond the true role model, a representation of achiving some of the greatist disipline, knowledge, spirit, and physical fittnes that any HUMAN has achived. he transends race, religion and ethnicity.i no u no the trash that thrives in NYC(i live in the bronx)and he is a shining light that gives me hope. Bruce Lee, a true Legend. Great video man, I'm very glad to see other people who were influenced so deeply by Lee. Bruce Lee was a great philosopher, martial artist, husband, father, and human being. He's been my hero ever since I can remember, and I was named Bruce after him by my dad, who is also a great Bruce Lee fan and a Kung Fu master. So I grew up with martial arts, and to this day, Bruce Lee is the man that inspires me too keep training. "...be water my friend."

I first saw Bruce Lee in the tv series. "Longsteet" I knew he was special at the very first impression I go from him... then in the summer of 1974 the theater's were running triple and double feature bruce lee movies, I must say how impressed I was with the way the crowd would react when Bruce would react to a confrontation or a fight, It was sheer bedlam throughout the theatre.. the reaction and response I saw back then has never left me, and I will always cherish the knowledge from him.
yo i belive in most of the thing you are saying i am only 15 and bruce has moved me i want to do all different martial arts like him and make my own style ive done karate and do boxing and i hope 2 do many more.
A statue of Bruce in Chinatown NY would be wonderful, but most awesome is how he still lives through you, and others like you. To this day, the tens of thousands who keep viewing him and posting him up on you tube is steadily growing;tho it has been years since his death. Bruce would be proud to have made such a difference.
