USA needs to start afresh, it needs to come back into world affairs under its new leader as an unbiased state. Not presuming anything, not automatically supporting anyone, but to just look at the facts and decide that way. If it does so, I think Israel will find itself a lot more wary of doing anything rash in the future. As it is, the world is run by "might is right", you are right as long as you have the power to stop anyone that disagrees.

Haha... see who really runs the United States? Israel. Forget Obama. Whoever runs Israel, runs America, It's by and large a proxy state. And there are some scary people about to run Israel, the ultra right wing Likud party. If you want to know how much Obama will bow down to them, just google his pandering speech to AIPAC in which he vows to pursue military action against any states that might threaten israel.

indeed, and Obama won't change anything. It will be worse than now. USA is helping Israel since 1948...and the Middle East is a mess because of that.
