This looks like it'll entertain the age group to which you're marketing it while keeping them out of our hair on RS ;). All those whining that RS will be neglected - grow up. Jagex is a company and needs to make a profit. It helps to appeal to a wide range of demographics. Jagex has plenty of other products already but still gives us weekly updates on RS, so I doubt this will be any different. Plus, little kids don't need as much development time.

i like the idea of new game for younger kids but this means more younger aged kids will be finding RS meaning that you will end up with overall more of an immature gaming community. as you know many older runescape player like myself are not happy with the lack of maturity in RS and i think this may cause it to be an even more of a frustrating time, but otherwise great new game and keep the work just don't forget about the mature aspects of RS! - SteveSlaier

Could you please make an update for the old skool players? With every update gaining xp is made easier. Now there a kind of ring which makes no sense. We dont want you to make the game easier, we want you to make the game broader and bettter.

Hmm, I feel this is a step forward for Jagex but a step back progress wise. Jagex can do so much more then an anime MMO for the younger ages, the majority of your fan base is in Runescape and Funorb (Usually 12-13+). I really think you guys can preform a top notch game for all ages and grow your fan base even more.. Not just for little kids.

The focus of Jagex has been changing ever so slightly over the years. However this hasn't been towards their current audience that is getting older. I do not know the reasons for this, be it because they realize they've driven away a lot of their older community, or another reason. Your elder community, the ones that are moving onto other games than Runescape, need to be tended to much more than the younger community you have. Get on it guys!

i feel that everyone is overreacting and thinking of jagex as a runescape only deal. its not. there are plenty of other areas they can go and are free to do so. if you like runescape, play it. dont just complain about whats not in it because you feel that some element is missing. if the community agrees that an element is gone than they can update but one lone person screaming into the sky is still one person.

I love runescape too much, and obviously those who complain about updates not happening.. you can just take a look at the increase of jagex and the community over this last year or 2. We got our old wild. clan citadels. clan camp. improoved connections with jagex. only downfall is that looting thing , but thats irrelavant, what im saying is we do get some really good updates, your just thinking about yourselfs to much to take in what we have been presented with monthly.....
