Im not fully sure what im looking for or the name of what im searching, what type of dream causes a person able to feel them selfs being pressured down to the point that they cant breath and making it harder for them to wake up as well as not able to scream out? if anyone one know please let me know trying to search this cause some one who is very dear to my heart has this type of dream time to time in the years.
I was like that guy, except I was in my hotel room 500 miles from home. I got no sleep whatsoever. In the morning I had to get a prescription for ambien. I took it in the car on my way home while my brother drove us. Ambien did not put me out, and It only made me feel worse. I was able to fall asleep an hour after I got home only after I took 2 vicodin. A day later, I emerged from my sleep anxiety, and I have no more problems.
Very good documentary that I'd recommend for everyone to watch; even people who get sufficient sleep. The facts and study results produced in the film are astounding. It'll make you think twice about your sleeping habits.

@blaineramirez88 I don't think you can do anything to prevent further episodes of sleep paralysis. but check the thing out on wikipedia anyways.
