Well, I don't wanna burst any bubbles here, but it's a fact that in most concerts, bands don't really play all their own music.

What they do is back stage, the tech hook a player to the sound system, and just throw in a CD of thier's. Mostly it's just because the band's management want them to play a 'perfect concert', so, either he didn't get hurt that bad when he fell, or Axl's been lipsyncing!
