This happens because the OCR feature tries to find areas that it can convert to text. You can see this in the signature where the outer parts of the lines (dimer parts) are in one layer but the dark parts are in a different layer. This also is apparent where the pen was not pressed as hard. Basically this actually proves his BC is not a fake due to the layering. Darn!!!

There is no requirement or definition for natural born citizen to be born from two US citizens. The currently accepted definition is paraphrase for character limitations.
The Congressional Research Service has stated that the weight of scholarly legal and historical opinion ... of one citizen parent who has met U.S. residency requirements

This happens because the OCR feature tries to find areas that it can convert to text. You can see this in the signature where the outer parts of the lines (dimer parts) are in one layer but the dark parts are in a different layer. Even the recent Georgia case in which Orly Taitz brought the eligibility issue to the courts ended in a dodge. The judge ruled Obama can run in Georgia because the document expert had never dealt specifically with birth certificates before. He was just an expert in fraudulent documents generally. McCain was NOT born on US Panama terriroty. His parents did not live on a US base - they lived farther down into non-US 'leased' land, and he was born in a hospital there. In fact the hospital he gave as his birth hospital, did not even exist at that time. The Panama Zone was NOT a US "territory" at that time anyway. The US had lease rights, but not territorial rights.
It is a mis-understanding that it was a US "territory" - IT WAS NOT.
