How would you know that a two week window without drug testing won't show any difference? Some drugs are metabolized in hours. Pacquiao claims that a blood test would weaken him. But the amount of blood taken is minute. If they both weigh the same, how would that weaken Pacquiao more?

twelve rounds of hard boxing is not cotto's forte. he tends to fade. look at his fights. that's why pac allowed him to keep punching while hiding in a tight defense. if pac wanted to lure him in a brawl, he would have counter punched. pac was getting the wind out of cotto early on the fight because cotto can KO him with a full strength punch.
