eBay is definitely a scam. I think is about time to put an end to their fucking business. They sucking life out of us. So what can we do about it. Where to go and where to complain?
This shit just happened to me! All the buyer has to say is not as described and they get full refund no questions asked n no investigation fuckin bull shit!!!!
This man is telling it like it is! But it gets even worse. I was an Ebay user for 9 years with a 100% FB. I sold a like new Nikon that I bought new. I sent it out after receiving payment through PayPal. The buyer claimed "item not as described" buyer returned his heavily used camera, at which time PayPal DEBITED my account. Buyer left NEG FB; I lost my camera, my $ and my 100%. SCREW YOU EBAY & PAYPAL! EBay’s new policies make it easy for crooks to separate you from your goods and your money.
i think someone is scamming me, haha, but after the money goes through im just blocking paypal from my bank account and they cant withdraw jack shit, cant freeze my money or anything. GO AUSTRALIA! And im taking of a video of buyer pickup, signing no refund poilcy, and of my item working. just take extra precautions when you sell. :)
Tmaxxmm541, you'll see whats wrong with paypal / ebay when you have a problem with a money.
Trying to talk to anybody at ebay uk or paypal is a fustrating experience. I'd rather deal with companies directly, rather than going through ebay and paypal who suddenly adopt 'Hey, we're just the middle man here bud' attitude. At the same time, guarding the identity of the person you have the issue with. Did you know they won't refund if there's no money in the sellers account?

I just got robbed by Paypal today! This DEADBEAT loser (ebay name stkwireless) bought not one but TWO 32" flatscreen televisions from me. AFTER I shipped them out he emails me saying, "I ordered the wrong model...sorry about that! I'm just going to refuse the delivery." I told him sorry, but I do not accept returns, as stated in my eBay ad. That motherfucker refused the packages so I was charged not only for the original shipping but the return shipping as well! $154 and Paypal backed him!
If they even notice, they'll have their bots check for keywords and the items will not list anyway, and be deleted. The whole thing would be an automated process. Ebay is focused on a terrible change that doesn't include us. The real alternative is a competitor to hit the scene. Amazon is fantastic, but it's not like the old ebay.
I sold a stamp for $120 November 2009. Buyer paid with cc through Paypal. Jan 2010 chargeback "not authorized user". I never had a chance to verify anything with the seller's means of payment right? Paypal accepted the payment and sent to me. They said they would fight for me and the next day posted "case closed" to my account. They are robbers!
LETSSUEPAYPAL dot ccomm there is a lawsuit being established - JOIN THE FIGHT AND SPREAD THE WORD - Also realize it is NOT "PunkPal's" employees who are at fault take the fight to the right people = It is the president & Ceo who are NWO and could give a shit about us. - they will have there day in court & I don't mean an earthly one!?!?
i had something similar to this happen to me that i want to warn people about. Well, I bought a wireless router from a website but never got it because they said I didn't give them my shipping address but seriously who would do that? anyways paypal says that i wouldn't beable to get a refund because i didn't provide a shipping address which was full of shit!! I just want people to know that paypal has many loop holes that doesn't really give the buyer protection like how they claim. BEWARE
I have reason to believe that ebay themself scams people, First of all very hard to get started with ebay getting those customers and ratings, then the fees they charge are just crazy. It's been one month of me trying to sell on ebay and so far I only sold 1 out of 17 posted listings. My monthly bill for ebay is already $100 dollars so far, dam!! I don't think ebay is the best way to go.
paypal is crap and nothing good comes unless you sell items no more than £5,crap service, forcing us to use the worse than them paypal who are gangs gives nothing and in the long term you will regret even buying or selling from them, use others who are even free like ebid, amazon, payapl can even access your account and then denies as i am taking them to court. the best do not use ebay or paypal they are own by the same crap both are thieves
ebay and paypal are worse online marketing and they behind all the mess.they have created a new generation of fraud and thieves and we have to fight them by not using ebay or paypal, there are ebid, amazon ,,etc and can be free too, they even have can claimed that i sent money to someone but i never did and taking them to court,so let all stop using those jerks and support other smaller.on long term you will regret even looking at their site,so please do not make this mistake and use paypal.
guys nothing comes from paypal or ebay is good.go and see why 1000's of people writing to fight them?why all ebay and paypal response here has disabled the comment and all other options?do not made the mistake and join those twin gangs ecrap and pisspal
please try using other method other than paypal ,paypal are wrong and they are criminals, they are taking money from people, can't you see how many people on the web are in pain because of paypal,if you use other method which are many we will help, say all no to paypal the monster in the web
hey your telling me.. I sold my xbox 360 plus about 20 games then it said a total of 750$ bucks then they tell me the fee is 850$.. wth.. what in the world if happening to this damn country?.. nothing but greedy people.. hell I feel like putting a bullet to the ceo's head.. and Idc if I go to jail
You cant do this often so make sure you get yourself somthing real expensive for free.
Now, your thinking, "but i was ripped off by scammers doing the same thing". Well so what? You get your money back, paypal has another pissed off seller getting screwed. Its a win win.. Paypal gets bitched out, you get money, and eventually paypal will figure out they have no fucking business making decisions on shit they never see.
ive been selling for years and the new ebay sux. im not selling now but i haven't heard about this organized boycott until today, obviously way late. is there something else going on? what can i do now?
There are many people trying to organize a class action lawsuit. The organization is rough, but alot of people (including myself) have claims against them. A lawsuit is possible, but not probable due to the amount of people involved, awareness, and amount of money involved.
I would suggest writing to the Attorney General's Office and the BBB.
List in very popular items of any kind like electronics, automotive, ect, you will have to do some exploring to find other populated items. I have mine scattered across the board on different items i just make up. I just copied someones elses title that was ending soon on a popular item. I would think that making a thow away name like the one you said and others like it would be a great idea. Ebay may block those so use alot of extra numbers and extra symbols in the name to make them unique.
hi. I like your idea. what category are you suggesting we list in? also, do you like the idea of making a "throw away" account with a negative ebay comment in the id such as donahoesucks etc

Try posting listings though ebay's turbolister in bulk with your messages to the buyers. If everyone does this it will be impossible to stop. put at least 100 listings of actual "HOT" items in the titles so buyers can find them easlily. THIS WILL WORK. Just make a throw away account and get ebay's turbolister and start listing. I think there should even a a planned 1 day event for this so it all happens at once and everything crashes! I think this is a brilliant and devious plan.

Dear Turbo,
Do you think it's possible to file a class action lawsuit against ebay? Here is my point and I think it's something lots of folks forgot about.
Ebay claims that there is no real relationship between ebay and the sellers. The relationship is on a per auction basis.
Ebay charged everyone a 1 time fee of $5.00
to sell on ebay under different rules. Now that things have changed we should all get our money back. Right? Whats your take on this idea?
Best
