Giam should not have tried to avoid the question. He should have just admitted that WP did not propose the MX9 superscale pay base BEFORE the parliamentary debate, but have the house accept it as a suggestion for future reviews. That being said, it takes tremendous compose to speak up and obviously Nair has the better flair.
