I really like the mercs and am appreciative for them being put in. I would have liked to see them implement that sooner, for all the months spent searching for a group due to lack of players on at that time or not belonging to a guild so unable to do anything- groups are still important, especially at 90. A Sk can solo a good deal though.
EQ was magic, no other game has ever done the same magic on me. Just hearing this music generates a warm nostalgic feeling deep within my gut , that's how I know its unique.
A lot of people need to keep in mind that the first MMO you play most likely will be the one that has the most, if not the ONLY nostalgia tied to it. I'm not trying to make the game's importance to you seem insignificant, I'm just stating something that most people can agree with.
everquest is a solo game now? weird :(... well who knows that could be interesting, i almost never got groups, and my character is a bard lol.. that kind of sucks though because my bard doesn't dps well, or atleast didn't, do you know how well their dps is now?
would you b able to tell me how the mercenaries work? like how much they cost n stuff.. and do you know how fast the leveling is now... theres like 80 levels in everquest... also i was thinking about playing everquest 2 also... but the new gfx system i dont like that much either, because its not as good for first person, i really enjoy playing my games in first person... oh well ill figure it out eventually! thanks for the nostalgia, ill prolly listen to this again wen i get home
like im so serious i have a level 70 bard that im about ready to jump back on, the only thing is i hate the new models vs the old ones... but im still thinking about playing... idk because i dont know if its worth it, its super hard to find groups because barely anyone plays... i figure i would want to just start over from level 1 again... but i really dont want to start over from level 1.... so yea im completly stuck on if i should play everquest1 or wait for darkfall, do you still play eq?
