  • a pretty interestion opinion @4:13

"attempt to combine both the avant garde and the commercial and try and make a run on it"

  • edie!

  • Personally I had liked fuck Andy Warhol and Eddie Segdwick both at once. Andy was so handsome with that stripped-sailor t-shirt

  • @electrocatodo Personally I had liked to Fuck Nico and Edie Segdwick both at once!

  • Not bad but 'Me and You' was more influential.

  • Why extracts rather than the whole documentary? I remember seeing this on TV in 1986, quite probably the first TV documentary ever made about The Velvets... Nico at that time lived round the corner from me and I used to go round her place quite often...

    Anyway, thanks for posting this

  • This documentary its great, Ithink its probably de best documentary about the velvet underground, because all the original members talk about the band and what they live back then.

But this one it's incomplete, there was another before who was complete but it was deleted.

A shame... but I have a copy jeje

In any case god documentary, at least you can watch the original velvet's back in 80's

  • the greatest band 2 ever walk the planet... not 2 mention the MOST INFLUENTIAL.... Lou Reed,IMO, is the best songwriter in rock and roll.... he tells a story with no frills with a brutal, blatant honesty and style.... Lou Reed and the VU make me proud to be from NY...

  • at 1.22 paris hilton joins the band

  • @emilgerm nicos WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY HOTTER THAN THAT UGLY WHORE

  • For once, John Cale is not represented as an aloof, effeminate eccentric. Actually, he quite resembles Lee Ranaldo from Sonic Youth in recent years.

  • Thanks for posting this Stella!

  • All I can see when I think of the Factory is damage and damaged people

  • No one is 'cooler' than Lou Reed !! I only appreciated Velvet Underground,as a fan,of all the 'newer' versions, recorded later.Few people have had the same songs become 'legendary',twice. He 'put on' amazing shows in Australia, featuring some of the finest U.S. musicians.Thank you very much for posting. Regards, Greg.

  • Talk about having a good voice to listen to Lou when he sings sweet jane

  • wonderful to see this, this is rock n roll really good good music
