Since the US created 911 to give them a legitimate reason to go into war with Iraq and later Afghanistan, I have little doubt that the sinking of the south korean boat was a planned chess move by the US. @fusedblue Not at all. In my world South Korea steps up to the plate and defends itself and we move on. Have you seen anything that approaches that coming from them? No, so instead of my own country YET AGAIN having to step in, I would actually feel good if the cowardly South gets their faces rubbed into the mud.

I wouldn't say cowardly, but very last resort at this moment, at least on my list of possibilities. Unfortunately our politicians like to skip possibilities, so it may not always be last resort to them. They then would be cowards.
