Tyle'rs mum can rest easy now that the police have been blamed. It was preventable, no doubt, if Tyler's mum had have done her job and kept Tyler under some control that night, then the police wouldn't have to pick up the slack of failed parents like they do day in, day out. Read the facts, the police statement itself says 'he was just a scared little boy' it also says that he was threating the police and backed himself into a corner, If he backed into a corner was he really going to go through with the treat.
