  • Due to colonialism, we now exist in varrying shades and different colours. Thus there can be no solidarity if there is no solidarity; you can not expect people to get along or coexist harmoniously when they do not look the same. This difference struck a notion of, and still implements 'us against them, and them against us'. Until we all look the same, there will be no unity and there will be those who feel as though they are inferior or superior.

  • huh

  • you sounds black to me :) also you have a lisp

  • ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz . WHen I wass zzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZ...

  • You look pretty black to me my mom is lighter than you and she is black

  • Iraqis kill each other

  • Lost in those eyes lol I hear the same thing so what I don't care they are just hating cause they want your skin color

  • People tend to find certain physical traits to be attractive. Get over it. Men tend to prefer long hair, slender build, and a particular hip-to-waist ratio in women. Get over it. Women prefer guys who still have their hair and are tall. Get over it. And yes, people typically prefer a lighter skin tone. Again, GET OVER IT! Why would someone think people's preferences in physical traits would & should arbitrarily exclude skin tone - the most recognizable physical trait of all? Be rational.

  • "because i talk proper and want to get a job and educate my self"?????????? you your self is putting BLACK people all in one whole and saying that black men or women.. both in this case dont want to work and get an education.dont get me wrong i agree with your overall view and i experienced allot of the "your too dark for me" in high school but ive had light skin girl friends. just trying to show that its not all :) like your vid tho

  • lol i love your video, but i agree with you :)

  • Your are so right!!!!! And no i dont, your black your black but i do wonder where in peoples family tree they got there lightness or their stratight non-puffy hair cuz people like that are beautiful (includeing you) people who arent like that are beautiful to but you get my point and i forgot the other question sorry:)

  • by no means am i racist cuz i love every race, nationality etc. but I'm just sayin what tha media can n will do to us (human race) if we allow it. Callme crazy if u want but i'm just a really good observer. ok i'm done lol. Love ur channel btw funny stuff, ur ALMOST as goofy as i am haha. Peep out my pg sometime :)

  • and just to add on to dominate race thing (after this im done lol) does anyone find it a coincidence that tha AA/black race is or at least use to be tha center of jokes/mockery? now it's tha hispanic race that is in that spot? AA/black race use to be a force to be reckoned with, now since they cooled us dwn a bit they're attacking tha hispanic race. It seems harmless to ppl who are ignorant to those things or just seem like jokes but it all has purpose behind it.

  • sorry for my ranting but i frequently find myself tlkn bout this kinda stuff lol.

  • they use tha media's greatest puppets (celebs) to slowly brainwash us to turn on one another. Like with Christianity (I'm only using this as an ex cuz i'm a Christian) there never were different denominations but over time they came about to separate a powerful force. Still to this day i believe tha black/african american race is THEE dominate race. Remember ppl who fear a powerful dominate force will do their best to destroy it. A defensive line is goin ham on a beasty offensive line...

  • This is a really good topic u brought up in this vid. What I'm about to say is just my opinion n frm my own observations, but honestly I feel tha whole reason for disconnect between tha african american/black race is society. More so tha ppl that "run tha wrld" (government). We use to have such strength as a whole back in tha "Black Power movement"/ civil rights movement and tha gov peep that out so they had to find away to gum up tha wrks. What's tha best way: media frm movies to music...

  • Boring as hell. Geez get a grip

  • Sometimes you gotta just let that ish roll off your back and pray for people...and any offspring they bring into the world. I've spent the last 6 years studying people so I do walk into situations with prejudice. (Some of ya'll need to pick up a dictionary look at the first and second meaning, then comment on my comment.) It's how I use those judgments that discerns ignorance. People are who people are.

    ♥Miss Kiss♥

  • Gotta respond to something you said. Jewish people TOTALLY do this to each other. There are like 5000 kinds of levels of Jewish observance and in-groups, variations on what we believe, cultures within the culture. There are even two main types of Jews, Askenazi and Sephardic--I've even had Sephardic Jews hate on me ostensibly because my last name is European! Because I posted videos critical of Israel's treatment of Palestinians on my Facebook I got it hard from other Ashkenazim. We all do it!

  • who cares what others think of you, you know what you are. People are always going to have some bullshit to say... Fuck em' girl!

  • @Myregularasslife I'm not trying to defend those people but there are some light-skinned black women who act like they're too good to talk to other black people or lie and say they're mixed with some other type of race. It's hard to tell sometimes. Sometimes I'm a bit afraid to talk to (as in regular talking not hitting on them) light-skinned women because I think they'll be rude and I'm a sensitive guy so I avoid people/places/things that might upset me.

  • BixxyBoy, well i cnt really answer that cuz i don't really know. me personally i don't judge or catorgorize people, obviously sometimes i do, we all do, its part of being human. but i really judge people on how they treat me and others, and that's cuz i grew up in a ghetto community and i was judged alot and thats because i look white apparently but im actually Hispanic. but even it i do i dnt understand whats wrong with that, if people are going to judge me at least get to know me

  • calm down... lol youre black :)

  • i think to be black enough you need to be more than 50% black if your only half black or less then your biracial or multiracial and technically your not black enough but if you appear to be more black you can still call your self black if you want.

  • so if light skin black people get teased for not being black enough and dark skin black people get teased for for being to black im guessing the only people that are the right amount of black are the medium brown black people. this colourism is just ridiculous.

  • This bitch just said that being black enough is about talking ghetto and not getting and education. Being black enough is about being prideful of your culture, skin and feature. I know many Pro negroes who are very well educated, stop making false accusations.

  • @BixxyBoy they were the black enough stereotypes she was talking about.

  • Sooo lightskinned people are being teased for not being "black enough" , and darksinned people are being teased for being "too black". smh We can never win going on like this!

  • you are not look like white at all .100% black woman to me

  • i really hope thats not your serious view on white people. it has to be a US comedian standpoint. And it's been that same F'ing voice for like 20years of black comedy you did.

Jesus, maybe in the U.S that passes but i defy you to come over to Scotland and not think "What is this, the white ghetto?". We don't run around as posers trying to be Black but it's practically the ghetto. And i have been to the states to see it. Felt like home. just blacker.

  • i think what people consider black enough is dark skin, african, and ghetto. where i live if your "black" and not ghetto your considered white

  • @gubugies10125 why do you think that is do you know the HISTORY behind that thinkin'?

  • @gubugies10125 then what do you call white trash?

  • to me if you accept and embrace your heritage and race (in whatever way you choose) then you are black enough. I dont care if you have all white friends in talk in text book English you are black enough.

  • @Rika317 gyeah "racially" but "culturally" no

  • I concur homie...There are so many other issues going in the Black community that we need to embrace our "BLACKNESS" & focus on some of the more alarming issues & shyt! Love your blame comment...!!!

  • You are soooo right i just got into a argument with a chick mix with black calling me SLAVE ..... And im Dominican smh

  • If you don't fit the stereotype that even blacks have 4 themselves ur not black enough.I have dark skin n all my life Ive had long hair up up until I decided to get a faddish haircut, Ive even had other races especially blk ppl tell me I don't have a black persons nose or lips...wtf does that mean? I went from being the only blk kid @ school to an all blk school n was mad fun of by blk kids b/c I looked "different" n I "acted and dressed white" w/e that means. I don't judge race or complexion.

  • @RooseveltStudent YOU MEAN WE AZZ MONKEYS?

  • Im light skinned, and very proud to be black. I have also lived all over the world, being a military brat and I also spent 10 years in the Air Force... I can remember my fam moving to AL in 1994 and I got jumped by two dudes and was able to handle both, not proud of it tho, whats funny is a classmate of mine at that time told me they jumped me because I was of a light complexion , lmao looking back on it, cause they walked away with more bruises than me

  • I'm around your shade...I too have heard it all..you are a beautiful women keep doing your thing..god bless

  • @leleglory U ARE ALSO A NIGGER?

  • @OBAMANIQUANISHA NIGGER

  • as a man i dont judge black is black

  • LOL Girl you are rIight but are sooo FUNNY!!! So many times you hear the rant coming from the dark skin women. But to hear the rant from the light skin side just brings it straight home. Black people are the most self-hating prejudiced people on the planet, and it's a shame. You have my same feisty attitude where you don't have to prove yourself to nobody. Keep up the good work!!!

  • im dark skinned and i get called an oreo and not black; whatever dont really care lol. better than being called ghetto but its still annoying just cuz i talk proper and im not loud and abnoxious. i just hate black people who hate other black people and purposely seperate themselves from other black people.

  • STUPID BLACK NIGGER

  • @OBAMANIQUANISHA STUPID NIGGER

  • snooki is orange lol

  • Too bad we will never be unified , because of jealousy of each other , gang violence is jealously , they makin more money on that block than our block , let's shoot em up , our homes cars and jobs when black see somebody come up its like "you think you better than me now or something" and light skin dark skin bull my best friend was light and I callef him light bright and I'm dark and he said smile so I can see you but we know we are all Brothers And Sisters

  • U have green eyes omg u are a bad ass black chick

  • I have the same damn problem. I grew up in a black neighborhood with black friends and all but ask anyone who knows me...and i'm white. I don't know what it is.

  • I don't judge people based on their skin tone but of course they do it to me.

  • preach!!

  • I like you.

  • im 100% spanish but people call me white cuz my skin is white but i sound spanish and i only speak spanish wit ma parents not english wtf? . So whatever people say to me i just ignore em and i correct them. so just dont pay attention to wat they say. Stay tru to urself gurll and btw ur beautiful just tha way u r :)

  • uhmmm well i have my days cause sometimes i look light skinned sometimes then sometimes i look a darker so i really don't know where i am SOOOO

  • This parallels with the Deaf community - there's a quite few so called elite Deaf people from many generations of Deaf family who signs. Then there are deaf people from hearing families that may or may not sign. Then there are hard of hearing people who sometimes fall thru the cracks. Many elite Deafies constantly judge other Deaf people & I'm constantly judged as "You're NOT Deaf enough." So much for the Deaf community. I support the ASL community - anyone who fluently signs is my friend.

  • its funny because i was always called not the white girl and an oreo because i wasnt black enough. I had long hair, was really into my education and spoke proper but because i was an athlete i hung out with mostly black ppl making me the "white" of the group smh i learned that being "black enough" gets you no where and that i am who i am

  • I love it

  • u jst my type!

  • i got red bone fever!

  • sorry... but u fine, not even gonna comment on the topic, Keep do ya thang... Ummm yea,... Fine

  • your videos are so funny LOLZ

  • lol... qirll yhuu funniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii....

  • i'm 1/2 italian and 1/2 black. i have been discriminated on for being mulato mostly by black people and also latins (when they find out i don't speak spanish). America is screwed up. everyone else around the world is having sex w/ each other until they become the same color. that's how people are fighting racism, by mixing up. lmao

  • I swear u don't wanna know what I have to say! I can tan!!! I choose not to b/c no matter what.... I will NEVER be black enough!!!! or white or native american or latino!!! I literally wanna die b/c of the hatred I receive from others!!! I get it from white poeple too for speaking proper, they'll say, you know you're not white riight?????????? I'M FUCKING DONE SON! STICK A FORK IN A BITCH

  • right on sister

  • You sound just like me. JUST like me. Hahaha, I go through the same thing. And it's funny, because I made my video before even looking at anyone else's light skin vs dark skin videos, and we're all saying the same thing. Just goes to show that this shit exists everywhere, and it's existed for a long time.

  • i am black you can say because my parents are multi-racial and im dark skinned while my sister is light and i told and still now told she is better thn me because she light and im the freak because i have long curly hair, grey eyes and im dark skinned

  • @DeDe1996 wow first of all dont believe that and second wow you have grey eyes and are dark skinned thats a crazy combo not to be all stalkerish but your probably gorgeous no homo lol dont let haters no matter who they are get you down

  • Here's something I always found to be odd. It seems obvious enough to me that you're of mixed race, as those of African descent generally have darker skin and brown eyes. Now I don't know exactly which other racial heritage you may have, but lets assume white. Now for the oddity. Why is it that those of mixed race almost always seem to identify themselves as one or the other? Is it just because of the predominant features, or is there something more to it?

  • @XxLaughingMan1982 Because black is thought of as a dominant race. If you're mixed with black, I mean. I've asked girls who were mixed with hispanic and white what their race was, even though they obviously look hispanic, and they always say "white and hispanic". But anyone mixed with black tends to say black, because it's more dominant. THEN, the question is, "okay, black and what else?"

  • @XxLaughingMan1982 Maybe she isn't directly mixed with anything...maybe both of her parents are predominately black so wouldn't she identify as a black person? There are light skin Africans who were born to two dark skin parents. Black peope naturally come in different hues.

  • I cant speak for all races but I find it sad that most the racism comes from my own black//hispanic community! So how can we blame it on slavery when we're bringing our ownselves down?! That dark vs light is the dumbest thing ever...

  • I cant speak for all races but I find it sad that most the racism comes from my own black//hispanic community! So how can we blame it on slavery when we're bringing our ownselves down?! That dark vs light is the dumbest thing ever...

  • I always had to deal with "not being black enough" bc Im mixed but I always use to say what the hell does that mean? Like you said is it bc I talk proper or what? I dont judge color bc Ive always been judged myself and I know how crappy that feels. All colors are beautiful and unique!

  • @blaxican092486 Lol sounds like me in my light skin vs dark skin video. I've never been "black enough" for anything. Not even a conversation about weaves. Like really? But when it comes to white people being racists against black people, then I'm seen as black. But not usually with "full black" people. Especially women. Well actually, just women.

  • Oh my god, the same thing you're talking about dark folks get it too sooo... Whats your point? You're not alone, and EVERY race or what have you does have some kind of issue with each other so um yeah totally pointless.

  • @shoshococo It's existed in history for centuries and it goes so deep in the black community. I don't think you understand enough to call it pointless. And it generates a hate between us simply because of skin. Not a lifestyle like upscale white people and rednecks. Or hispanics and cholos. The reality of it is stupid, because it's all about skin color with us. Yeaaah, I don't think you get it.

  • @RealGosssip Did you know that Asians and Hispanics have skin color issues too actually worse than AfAm we're a WAAAAAAY smaller group than that. Don't tell me I don't get it based off a few sentences you don't know me. I get it I'm just over it. It is among the most tedious of issues plaguing our community and instead of debating with you about something I find to be a personal problem with people I'd just say to find something of more importance in our community to focus on than this one.

  • @shoshococo Are you, alone as a person, singled out just because of your complexion? I know that Hispanics may get teased if they're a little darker than everyone else. But we get treated like SHIT sometimes just because we're lighter. I'm sure Hispanics and Asians don't get told they're not even their nationality over a skin color. I have some in my family. But we do. I get told I'm not black all the time. It's different shit, and it's bigger than you think to not be focused on.

  • dont forget crackhead Felicia skin tone

  • GET A LIFE BIT YOU'RE SO STUPID..

  • so true........everybody doesnt think i am black myself......they be like are you hispanic bluh bluh (no disrespect the the spanish cuz i love them all) and white girl this and white girl that and really it just pisses me off ALOT!!! Also i would get judge alot cuz i have a different texture of hair..its long down my back...and people be like is that your hair an im like............really?!?! Black people being this way is just too crazy i swear. SMH. - _ -

  • i get the same thing........and the people who say that are just ignorant too. smfh

  • AMEN!

  • all skin tones are awesome..

  • Like really....I dont think skin colors changes who a person is. It deosnt matter what shade your skin is. Some people may think dark skin people are better looking than light skin or vise-versa but either way we are ALL BLACK!! and like "Amosehorner" said, we all bleed red so what difference does it make that our skin tone is different?

  • There's a baby picture in the background on the left...adorable! <3

  • @MizzWonderrr ahhh yes that would be my niece

  • @Myregularasslife You have very pretty eyes.

  • @MizzWonderrr nice attention to detail ; )

  • I love all skin colors it makes everybody different in there own way. "Love u like I know you"

  • c'mon son lol

  • I have never meet anyone in my 55 years upon this earth who did not bleed red. Kind of figure that is all there is to it.

  • @amosehorner INDEED!!

  • Thank you.

  • Just because of the hue of your skin is lighter than a darker skinned person doesn't make you less black just as a woman with small breasts doesn't make her less female than a woman with larger breast. Be who you are, not who you expected to be. This is from a white male.

  • @itsme1nceagain =) YAYYYYYYY you get a thumbs up for this

  • yesssssss. i'm light, not even actually i'm more of a caramel color and i have hazel eyes and sometimes they change to like grey, i speak correctly and all my life i've been the "white one". my mom is mixed and so is my dad but for the most part we're black. i've never judged anyone on being black enough. i'm guessing because i live in an urban area and i'm not ghetto i'm not black enough.

  • @ksc913 SMH its just so crazy when ppl think they are the regulator on blackness

  • This is Great, it definitely needed to be said...all of it!

  • I like your video it really hit home both of my parents are black and just so happens that me and my siblings are light skin because my both parents are light skin it all about what race you choose to identify with and besides if anybody knows about The One-drop rule you were considered black anyway no matter how light you were. President Obama is biracial but he choose to identify himself as a African-American. Questioning someone's blackness who is lightskin is COON FOOLERY PERIOD!!!!

  • getting called white girl has nothing 2 do with your complexion where Im from. thats all based on how you speak and present yourself. Now lets b real here most of the time alot of folks who complain they aint black enough are mixed #realshit. I mean so how could you get mad if you came out of a white womens vagina or from a puerti rican mans sperm it just is what it is.

  • @trevonday idk....hmmm where im from most ppl that get made fun of are black....i know dark skin girls that get told they are an oreo ar not black enough and *shurgs* and im black......both my parents are ...

  • lol look u co be black like heck or light skin as u and still white it not cuz of ur color it chk how u doe move music u lisin to the swagger u have and and how u doe tallk at least thas how it is down hear in stt U.S.V.I.

  • @djevil129 i think its a lil diff every where

  • @Myregularasslife ok chk

  • Lol! Evy?? Lol lol

  • you know whats crazy, I know exactlyyyyy what you mean.. you always seem to take the words out of my mouth..but a/w being half spanish and half black, my skin color is on the lighter side and I've been called so many names..ESPECIALLY white girl.. Ive been told Im not black enough or I'm not black cuz Im HALF black O_o

the list goes on.. and its aggravating.. ppl judge you based on your skin color.. Idc what ppl say.. I'm a witness.. its ridiculous

  • @EvyBabyGirl i wish ppl would just get over the whole color thing...it dont matter. lol everyone just needs to go have babies with another race so we can all be mixed and no one can say nothing lol

  • I was always told that I was too proper...like black people can't be proper...those stereotypes are ridiculous.

  • @ABritt06 smh yea like black ppl have to be dumb or something

  • @Myregularasslife its a shame that we believe that we need to fit a certain stereotype...if your educated your not black enough..if your from the hood you down...wth? Brag about something important like your success, education, etc etc not about you being from the hood? I've been told "you sound white" well how the hell white people sound? I've ran across a lot who can't even speak the English language properly lmao

  • I agree with julioholderbusiness.

  • i'm not black enough either soooo funny but seriously in the racist people eyes we all niggas lmao!

  • @orangeninja89 EXACTLY

  • A woman who was part African and part Cherokee called someone who was part African and part Hispanic, Chocolate and Vanilla. Although most Vanilla extract is Dark guess she meant vanilla ice cream. It seems weird to me.

  • @hydrolito its all craziness

  • ur mad pretty black gurl lol

  • @1416ariella lol thanx

  • yup

  • Yea I think american blacks are nuts or somehit. They either hate pplike ur color or wanna be you on the low(brown girls claiming lightskin)...

  • @julioholderbusiness smh its a shame

  • Im brownskinned cuban dude and everybody here puts me in the "lightskin guy" category even lightskinned people and sometimes white people.

Im like trey songz color basically i always thought that was brown/light brown not lightskinned. To Cubans and Dominicans im the typical black kid.To Black people sometimes im either the enemy or the trophy (when it comes to certain girls).I think black people are damaged mentally..

  • @julioholderbusiness sooooo damaged ....i think trey is brown skin....*shrugs* dont matter tho still black lol

  • Oh ur black enough lol if ur blk then ur blk I don't give a fuck what shade u r ur fuckin blk. Pun intended

  • @Misbehave11 lol

  • well im blk n Cuban and sometime i get judged by my skin but honestly it doesn't phase me anymore, it did as a little kid though. i enjoy all of my Heritage and proud 2 say i am that.

  • @REALJMINATI thats whats up that you can be proud =)

  • im a light skin guy and almost all of my firends are black BUT i still get people "disliking" me for being lightskin, lots of people think because im lightskin im cocky and all that shit.....just me im not ;) i personly agree with thiis girl she knows wa gwan

  • @MrBiglu2011 ayyyyyyy wa gwan!!!! hahahah but yea thats how it is smh ppl thought i was stuck up and cocky....so not me...i actually down play myself alot in real life *shrugs* lol

  • @Myregularasslife naw naw girl u the truth keep doing what ur doing loving the videos lol

  • @bbzbeauty116 [=_=]

  • I've been called a "Oreo" since middle school. I don't know why I can't talk proper and be smart AND be black.

I feel you. I am black, African American, not ghetto. And I don't regret it. I don't care "how black" other black people are. And some white people are like "I'm blacker than you." WTF I'm a 19, A US Marine, I play 4 instruments (Oh and I guess playing guitar makes me white too), I do photography, so on and so on. Fellow black people, we need to get our shit together.

  • you just said so much ill, wrong shit about your own race. smh u might want to go back and listen to your own words. you're pretty racist yourself if you ask me. #wack!

  • @bbzbeauty116 you may want go back and try to get the point of the video. im CLEARLY pointing out the issues with what my race and plently of others do to ppl with diff shades inside of their race. SMH. this is exactly why ppl who dont know what they are saying do not need to comment on things

  • Comment removed

  • It's almost like we're crabs in a barrel. Every time a black person strives to make progress in life, other black people want to drag him/her down and make him feel as low and miserable as they feel. Many blacks continue to harbor a defeatist mentality and they want other blacks to do the same. Many blacks have a very limited view of the world. If any other black displays a cosmopolitan view they are immediately labeled "not black." You saw the shit that people put Obama through.

  • If I were you I'd distance myself from many people within the black community. I'm not suggesting that you should cut all black people off. Just cut the ones that aren't trying to do anything with their lives and desire to see you fail as well. You don't nee people like this, white or black, in your life. If they want to label you an Uncle or Auntie Tom then so be it. Strive to do what's best for you. To hell with everyone else.

  • @Thedarksecret1 see i dont think you should pull away....thats our issue we hate on each other and then pull away so we do the crab in the barrel thing...if for once we wouldnt pull away and try to help those who may hate but do want to do better and try to change them...you know work together maybe we could help pull them up without getting pulled back down...but then again i have a fairytale idea of how things should be and ignore how they are *sigh* but i feel you congrats on the degree

  • @Myregularasslife I'm sorry but I just can't take it anymore! I admire your zeal but I've become disenchanted. I'm not ashamed of being black but I am ashamed of the defeatism, ignorance, and violence that many blacks have internalized, harbored, and passed down to their posterity. Yes, there are fucked up whites too but my focus is on the plight of black folk. The white infrastructure has really fucked our heads up over the centuries.

  • OMG! I had a similar experience like this today. I was at the barbershop and one of the barbers asked me if I'd graduated from college. I said yes because I just graduated with a BA this past May (2011). One of the dudes in the barbershop, who I wasn't even talking to, got offended and said "Oh, so you think that you're better than us or something!" I was shocked by this. Then he says "What color is your skin?" I'm a dark skinned black man but he got offended by my accomplishments.

  • I agree with your message 100%. We need more unity between African Americans not more reasons to fight. As for being "Black Enough" that statement in itself is bullshit. We don't even know enough about Black people to say someones not "Black Enough". Our Ancestors were stolen from their homes in Africa where our culture was so you can't even say your not acting Black Enough because the culture we are using now is one that was given to us by White Slave Masters which is not who we really are.

  • read the willy lynch speech an it will exlpain alot how black americans been treating each other for 300 yrs

  • @ineeddoez302 yea its crazy

  • I agree with you. I am an light skin/brown skin African american male. I have a skin tone complexion like that of Beyonce. Other african americans would not consider me to be black enough simply because of the color of my skin. It is sad. What exactly is black enough? How troubling.

  • @Wolfsbladex it really is sad without even knowing you they think they know you and can judge

  • ur eyes are sooooo prettyy :D

  • @LegendaryTeetm thanx love

  • i dont judge them, BUT i do use terms like 'the lighter one' or 'the darker one' when im trying to distinguish the two when explaining whatever it is im tlking about. example: theres two tasha's at my job so i will say the lighter/darker.

  • I understand you completely. I hear the same shit all the time but from a different view. Well some people call me a oreo. Like wtf! I'm a darkskin girl that speaks proper, listens to all types of music (white or black), and hangs out with all races. For that I'm a white girl? In my book that's considered be diverse. Just because I'd rather date an educated guy then any nigga with his pants down to his knees doesn't make me any less of an African American. #realtalk

  • (cont)But how often do you hear them say "I would love me some Gabrielle Union, or Jennifer Hudson...or even Alek Wek?"

  • what kinda shit is that. lookin at me like there suprised i could read, or say my f**kin a b c's

  • i kinda dig what your sayin but its not really comparing and contrasting light and dark skined people. but you kinda only talked about it from a light skined persons prespective. like as if people who where on the darker side where no called names like blackie, oil, midnight shit like that. dont even wanna get started on someone dark that speaks well. haha i have had people come up to me and say shit like, "ooooo your cute for a darkskined girl". or " wow you dont sound like your black",

  • haaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Only Niggas who are still victims of the slave mentality would spew such buffonary out of their mouths. There is a distinctive difference between Black folks and Niggas... Black is black no matter if you are light, bright and two shades from being white, or if you are Blurple. If you happen to have visual proof of you being of Sub-Saharan African descent, then you are Black to me....
