  • Chinese :/ they can do everything

  • People. Think about this for a second. Use the rational and logic centers in your brain. Think! Think more! Keep thinking! Fish, perfect unison, weird wizzardly like asian dude, stupid music, magical phenomena!? You really think this guy took the MANY HOURS to train these fish that will probably die within 2 years anyway? NO? Then you're just stupid. Don't be stupid! I wouldn't call it animal cruelty though. They're goldfish. You wouldn't like what I do to the minnows that go on my fishing hook.

  • Goldfish have a memory-span of at least 3 MONTHS and can distinguish between different shapes, colors and sounds. Goldfish 3 seconds memory myth is already busted, Science proved it.

  • @DudeWithFangsish The memory of goldfish being that short is a myth. The reality is that goldfish can remember things for up to five months. They have the memories they do because they use them to remember hiding places and food spots, like most other fish do.

  • @DudeWithFangsish the 3 second memory is proven to be not true

  • I saw the television show.

  • i think its hungry or its just following the finger my young orandas do the same

  • U did not feed those poor little fishes for atleast a week. So they see fingers and think it's food.

  • oh freak !!! awesome \m/

  • wooow, it is not true

  • WOW :D

  • Cruel

  • No they do not train the fish to do these 'tricks'. They somehow get metal into them and use magnets hidden under the table to drag the fish around. There are always a pair of fish that are exactly the same distance apart from each other at any given time, which suggests that there are pairs of magnets connected to each other to make it easier to move four or six fish using two hands. Note at 0:54 the rightmost fish is struggling against an 'unknown' force. This is called animal cruelty.

  • @lolilulla "somehow get metal into them" - LOL! You've got answers for everything, haven't you? ;)

  • @notprathap Yes.

  • @lolilulla Funny, are 'fish' animals now too!?

  • @SMGJohn Yes.

  • @lolilulla fish can be trained and the fish doesnt seem to be struggling that much so dont jump to conclusions so quickly. ps if there were magnets the fish would stick to the bottom of the tank and not swim

  • @miffymichael8 You are completely correct in saying fish can be trained; the videos on the right certainly give enough evidence to that. I was simply attempting to figure out whether these particular fish were trained. My conclusion, which I did not "jump to... ... so quickly," is that these fish are being manipulated by external forces. If this subject matters a lot to you, send me a pm and we can talk.

  • @miffymichael8 Think about this more carefully. Fish CAN be trained, I agree, but you see NOTHING "fishy" about this vid? 1. This guy isn't a "fish trainer", he's a magician. There's NO WAY, he took the time to train fish. 2. They're swimming in PERFECT pairs. 3. It DOES appear they are swimming against and unknown force. 4. Magnets wouldn't necessarily hold them down depending on the magnitude. 5. If you still believe this is real, I have some swamp land in Florida to sell you.

  • @lolilulla You've clearly never been to a fish hatchery before. The people there like to train fish to do basically what you're seeing here, and none of it involves magnets. Fish are actually smarter in certain ways than people realize.

  • @HisEmptyHouse I'd love to see a video or article to support this. I've never heard of fish hatcheries training fish before, and it would blow my mind away if this were true.

  • The fish are not really swimming, they are being pulled... I think the magnets story is realistic but sad... I have goldfish like these in my tank and they have to wiggle a lot more to move forward!

  • This really is amazing! I wonder how he trained em, haha! Very nice

  • He is using uber micro

  • fish are rather more intelligent than folks think. This is a real cute videio.

  • PARADIN' GOLDFISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 LOL! =)

  • ASIANS WILL RULE THE WORLD

  • You dont believe this shit do ya? Nevermind....I know some of you do.

  • lol my fish did that since i fed them

  • Oh, that japanese anchormans voice made me die with laughter xD

  • Could it be edited?

  • i bet he has fish food on his hand and the fish follow

  • feed them a magnet and pull them from under the table, its an old trick

  • @shoopwhoopX

how do u know that? ever tried? or know someone? i really wanna know - see how that works! proof it dude :)

  • @shoopwhoopX im not gunna go out and buy fish and a camera but its an old Chinese trick feeding the fish iron filings

  • Lol the fishes look so cute X3

  • They were fed magnets.

Notice how they stay at the bottom and move in different direction than they're facing.

  • fucking japs

  • MADE MY DAY

  • nice, its gonna be sad when they die :[ cuz fish usually don't live too long ...

  • What are you talking about? Goldfish live for about 20 years! And the average fish life span is anywhere from 2 years to 10! If you're keeping fish in a bowl, than they'll die quickly. If you keep them in a properly cycled, properly filtered, properly sized tank, they'll live for a long time.

  • HE'S A WIZARD!!!

  • Perfect

  • its called a FUCKING school

  • HOW!!!????

  • Whoa!

  • whoa!

  • whoa!

  • woah!

  • Woah!

  • Woah.

  • Whoa.

  • hahaha wtf!

  • sickk

  • Hes a witch!

  • No, he's an alien... that's more logical ;)

  • Прикольно!!!

  • THOSE FISH ARE FAKE!!!! can't you tell?

    -Ali <3

  • No I can't. And I seriously doubt that you would be able to fake a fish that well without some of the most advanced robotics in the world.

  • if he keeps telling them to move around like that they either a: get really pissed off and kill him somehow b: get sick from going around in circles and throw up or c: this whole thing is a scam, the little fisheys have magnets implanted in their bodies with a guy under the table moving them around

  • maybe they'll train fish to spy on people soon

  • Please don't tell me that some sick human put magnets inside the fish and made the water shallow so the fish would be close to the magnets under the table. Fish are dumb, but that's cruel.

  • Fish actually aren't dumb, but you may need to have your IQ checked.

  • According to chain letters passed around the internet, which aren't all that reliable. Try googling Myth Busters, they did an experiment on the memory of a goldfish. Or watch other videos on Youtube of goldfish doing tricks.

  • i know you didnt, you just ignorantly went along with what other people told you. then didnt bother to actually check the validity of the information, and regurgitated it like a dumbass. dont worry we all do it sometimes. difference is most of us dont then try to reaffirm the truth in it.

  • thats an old myth thats been proven wrong

  • Bafoon. Who taught you biology? Go find them and bitch slap them for not doing their job properly.

  • Uhh no your the idiot.. Fishes have one of the lowest memory spans, you simply can't train fishes to do something.

  • If you're going to call someone an idiot use proper grammar. Also try doing some investigation for yourself rather than passing along information people have said to you.

  • idiot fish can learn things ever living thing can its science there a word for it forgot i learned it in Biology

  • hey man oscar fish (which i have) is on the top ten smartest fish me and my uncle have trained our fish to do tricks

  • He didn't even train them, they're just following his hand o_O

  • kinda, but he prob worked on them following in that specific order!

  • awesome!

  • Now How Do You Train A Fish

  • This is fake trust me

  • xD Its not fake, my fish do this sometimes, they follow my hand around the tank...It amuses me for ages

  • WOW!

  • total fake you guys are dumb

  • GREAT :D

  • that fucken amazing..this need to be a Olympic sport now!

  • How is this done?

  • cool

  • :o wtf its this? :O!!

  • HaHaHa Shadowgamesarts...spent their entire lives going to fish training school! LOL

It's still too cool no matter how they did it.

  • what.

  • Everything happens in Japan, like seriously.

  • @crazymcfobo Does a zombie apocalypse happen in japan?

    No but there might be.

  • wtf!!!

  • its one of 2 things, they are japaneese so they might have spent there entire lives going to fish training school, or they edited the video making 3 additional copies of one fish and rotated them accordingly its not that hard, just time consuming.,

  • dccccccccccccoooolllllllllllllll

  • This is a simple trick I must agree the magnets are under the table and fish was made to swallow some metallic stuff like iron ore sand or some metal implant etc. This is a fish abuse don't trust your eyes this is not possible any other way but through magnets or some other devices

  • this is totally magnets under the table, justin's right.

  • Marching? like police PTU passing out, LOL

  • XD coolest thing ever. My gold fish were smart and would do minor stuff for me like jump, come anywhere I pointed (of course) and do other minor stuff. But that is amazing. I can see how he does it though (touching the water surrface and stuff)

  • They don't look real, or swim right in my opinion, not trying to be a party pooper though. Goldfish can learn tricks though, frickin sweet :D

  • Lilblue, you have to remember you are viewing

them from above, and not the usual viewing angle of a fish tank.

The next time you are near a fish tank, try and to view the fish from directly above, they will look completely different to how you normally see them.

  • Ya thats true. I watched it again and it does seem as though they are real fish, its just the camera following them so smoothly that makes it look fake. Lol, when I look at my goldfish tank from above, all they do is swim to the top and beg for food...little fatties :)

  • awesome!

  • I think you'll find that the 3 second memory span is a myth.

Google and the latest research suggests fish can remember up to 3 months or more!

  • Oldest goldfish lived to be 19 years old and was 25 pounds and had a memory of 5 months.

  • MAGNETS

  • Maybe they're animated???

  • 4 bad ass mutha fukers

  • U guys wanna no how they do it?

  • No, but I'd like to know how they do it.

  • ah the power of operant conditioning

  • When your fingers look like little sausages, you can make any porpus do anything.

  • gotta love Fish.

  • My teory: they forced the fishes to swallow something with iron and they control them with imans from the bottom of the box. (its stupid, but it could work... lol)

  • if they have a 3 second memory how the fuck can they do this you dipshits?

  • You stupit dimwit. Do you think it is a scientific fact that goldfish have a 3 second memory? sigh...

  • This is impossible because gold fish have a three second memory. It is just like

    lunarul said.

  • actually, people are managing to disprove that old wife's tale now.

  • -_- 4 second memory?

  • actually, contrary to popular belief, goldfish have a memory span of at least three months and can distinguish between shapes, colors, and sounds. Research by the School of Psychology at the University of Plymouth in 2003 demonstrated that. They were trained to push on a lever to earn a food reward; when the lever was fixed to work only for an hour a day, the fish soon learned to activate it at the correct time.

  • ....I saw a commercial after at least 2006 about goldfish memory.

  • ..which is 10 times better than average high school student can do..

  • Not true. That was a rumor i heard about that,it was a hoax. The lever came down when the fish got near it,not when they bumped it.Goldfish have a memory span of 3 seconds. But doesn't mean they have to remember something, the fish were probably just foll0owing in a circle on coincidence.

  • I think that you are actually wrong. I read it, meaning it was actually documented. You just say you heard it, so you believe everything you hear? And tell me why when I feed my goldfish, he/she automatically comes up to the surface before I put the food in the water. Try that, stick you fingers near the surface of the water with goldfish in it, and they will come up thinking that it is food because they remember that thats where the food comes.

  • Actually, goldfish don't have a memory span of three seconds. They have SELECTIVE MEMORY. Which is why goldfish can learn tricks.

    ...jerk.

  • this is very cool. is this chinese???

  • FUCKING AWESOME

  • Like the way baby turtles are always heading for light, these fish might also guide themselves using lights and shadows (watching the guy's hands on the side of the tank). So he may be able to control them in some degree, but they are definitely not trained.

You can see at about 00:32 that they start moving in line by themselves and only after he notices he moves the hands as if he wanted them to move in line. So they are definitely following a pattern and he's just moving his hands to it

  • hey why are u dissing this vid fake or not isnt it still cool? like wtf guys stop being assholes about it.

  • he's not doing it with his hands. They just follow a pattern and the guy moves his hands to give the illusion that he is doing it.

  • People need to learn its fake and flipping accept it rather then marking as spam because their crying over it or dont want to accept it.

  • Do you have any proof? Oh, never mind; you can only bask videos with no proof.

  • Very cool, I didn't know fish could be trained! :D

  • I can tell that you are just a pillar of your community. I mean, if your community is hell. Maybe if you tear other people down, you will feel better about yourself. Keep trying that and hopefully it works out for you.

  • Jesus was a fag.... and so are you Joe.

  • Man, I'm really starting to feel sorry for you. You are seemingly submerged in negativity. Please be careful. You are not stronger than the hell that beckons you. The hounds of hell are just lapping at your face, ready to tear it off, and leave you to drown in the very feces that spews from your mind. What do you know of evil? Be careful.

  • HAHAHAHAHA..... hahahaha.... oh man..... (wipes tears of laughter from eyes) hahaha, thats funny. Thanks for the laugh man, I need that.

  • are you some kind of religious fucker, you know religion is iligal on youtube since march 2006?

  • but vulgar language and bad spelling are kosher huh? Why don't you have the youtube police arrest me then? Please, the internet is not a breeding ground for your stupidity. Sober up, get a proof reader, and reply to me when you have something intelligent to post.

  • E=MC2 MTFKKRrr, read your own messages above whats that, intelligence ? not a breeding ground for stupidity- my ass!

  • Wow, brilliant response. What are you? 5 years old? 6? That's a simple question that you MIGHT be able to answer unlike my previous questions, which obviously just confused you. I will commend you on your spelling this time though, eventhough you probably just copied and pasted. Also, your punctuation still needs some help..... and you need to get a soul.

  • easy.. sarcasm. you're so full of shit! so my English punctuation is bad, I mean I'm dutch. i speak German, French, English and Spanish for 70 % and this is the only thing you can write after my last comment, did you even read it or did you just stared at the funny symbols?

  • So did you find your soul yet? Or did you smoke it?

  • Internet argument!

    INTERNET ARGUMENT!!!

    Shut up Joe.

  • I thought fish had the memory span of 2 seconds, so how could they be trained :) ?

    Still... nice video :D

  • By putting metal pellets inside them and having magnets in a rig under the table.

  • Thats pure bs... they don't really have 2 second memorys.

  • Yea the did it on myth busters...its more like 3 months, and thats longer then mine

  • Fake

  • they dont have magnets in them, how would you get magnets into a small fish? and they wudnt swin soo smoothly they would look like they are struggleing if they did

  • they would have magnets in there bellies or somthing

  • yo thats crazy i cant even get my dog to walk a straight line let alone fish

  • (Genesis 1:28) . . .have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth. . .

  • Brilliant, laugh out loud hilarious. Not an ingorant comment at all. I'm sure you're still patting yourself on the back for this one. Great job. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you shouldn't be proud of yourself. It's always good to denigrate other peoples' beliefs that we don't agree with or understand.

  • Burning bush... talking snakes..... virgin mary... oh yeah, you can believe in bullshit all you want. Praise god or something.

  • haha that was really cool

  • i dont care if there are magnets or not that is still wild.

  • Not real fish done with magnets under the table.

  • Where's your proof? Oh yeah, you don't have any.

  • Likewise Kevin, you can't prove it wasn't faked
