Nero's fun to play, he;s much easier to control in this game....But Dante's got style man.....he's freaking cool...and he's got load of weapons....i think the main problem is we all got used to NEro's demon arm alot....those abilities made it...well...easier...thumbs up if u agree....:)

Dante is a LOT harder to control in this game than he was in 3 though being able to change styles mid play helps, but nero is better for this game becuase all the enemies are more geared for him beating the crap outa them.

The double jump is called air hike,it's a skill you buy,under abilities, either at the begining of the mission or at shop statues- 2600 or 2800 proud souls. Health well, get enough blue orbs or buy them, if you do, they're under items at start of mission or at shop statues

Nero is more of a beginner character. Nero is more straight forward. he's like Virgil when you unlock him in 3 only. . . I would probably choose Summoned Swords over Blue Rose.

The problem there is your DT runs out, but you can keep recharging the gun...and you kinda need it for the Blitz. You can always cash those souls back in and use them for whatever you need for whatever level you're on, if you don't have everything already.

The missions when you play Dante are the worst for me too, I can't get his style points up at all and enemies that Nero has for lunch, keep taking a round out of Dante...so I know what you mean...And whoever said Dante would kill Nero, well you have to kick Dante's ass with Nero like how many times? yeah and in the cutscene after the second one even nero says that dante "u look as if u just been playing me from the beginning". so dante was just toying with him through those "fights" that u had. Cuz thats what dante does he toys with his opponents and gives them hope then tears them apart and he did exactly that with nero. Also, it dont matter that this is a different game, same character, same moves. If u havent figured out how to play as dante yet then must b bad at this game.
