@Musket300 To receive the UVB-76, it has to be dark, and I need to be outdoors with the whip antenna fully extended or indoors with a long wire (at least 5 meters) hung up in the ceiling and connected to the whip antenna. I live 5000Km away from Povarovo. Someone living farther will have more difficulties.

There have been malfunctions of the station though, and some real broadcasts through it. Well in fact we didn't know for many years that it was called UVB76, that didn't happen until there was a broadcast over it and they called themselves UVB 76
