@hulahoolaXx Cuz if you watch the flippin show Serena is technically his sister...1st of all Bart Bass (Chucks dad) and Lily Vanderwoodsen (Serenas mom) get married, which would make Serena Chuck's step-sister...and 2nd, once Bart Bass dies Lily adopts Chuck which would really make them brother and sister.
