alright,in bullworth town,theres a building u can slimb on and there'll b a townie needing a water balloon favor which is self explanitory,do that and coplete it and then you can go to a water fountain and get water balloons whenever you want

u go up to the counter and browse through the stuff u can but,but exit out as soon ao u go onto it,then repeditaly jump on him and he will attack u,this works on almost evrey shopkeeper
