@ORVX I have recorded this in the conventional music scale and then adjusted the tuning up to be harmonious with 528 Hz and many notes are playing in the closest C to it. Then after I mixed in extra 528 Hz in the form of pure sine-waves. Meditation has given me so many benefits. I love the Solfeggio as its a another musical language. You should really listen to some of my tracks in the full ancient Solfeggio scale, they are more musically bi-linguistic.

There are 2 ways to compose in the Solfeggio, this is 1of them.

It's music in the conventional scale tuned to 1 Solfeggio frequency & it also has binaural beats. Most of my other Solfeggio tracks are in the full Ancient Solfeggio scale & they also have binaural beats. Both ways are valid, however it is way more to compose in the full ancient Solfeggio. Ive used both & love them, but I do favor the full scale.

@noah77226 I have had so many emotional & physical benefits from my 9 years of meditating with binaural beats. As for the Solfeggio it is hard for me to tell for sure. But I do feel that it is more than beneficial than just musical bi-linguistics for neuro re-genesis. However, without question the 2 combined makes meditation easier and that speeds up healing.  Use some of my tracks every day for free here, for 6 weeks & you will notice something. t I can say for sure. Use headphones :-) ♥

@Fastdogg562 Ryan this has 2 aspects. 528 Hz & binaural beats. I have a great paper on binaural beats on my website, I highly recommend your read it. Meditations has a proven benefit on our genetics.  The research into 528 Hz still requires a little more validation. However, I feel from my use that there is something to this. Regardless, intention & focus on love is most important.
