Her parents should get herinto a performing arts high school or get her three years of vocal training with a top voice teacher and if you have to pay for it, then pay. Please don't just believe it's going to all happen naturally. Too many parents simply believe it will work out because my daughter is "special" but so many young girls all want the same thing and have the same dream. Please get her professional training. She seems mature enough to practice her voice lessons so get her some.
