i had my hair done which they claimed to be coppola, but they didnt wash my hair or even comb it out or blowdry it .. and it was white not dark? did they do it wrong or did they do something else? pls help im scared that i lost all my curls.. my hair is now straight and has little to almost no curls anymore. PLSS answer my questions :(

@Mich3l13 You should contact the salon that provided the service and ask for more information. Keratin Complex Cappola Treatments are only done by certified stylists. However, there are supplemental styling products and 6 week Treatments that your stylist may have used including Infusion and Blow Out. Hope this helps!

How often would you need to apply this product on a client ? and in the mist if the 5 months , would it be safe to give a relaxer ? if so, do i immediately rinse out and proceed to the steps ?
