i have 6 congo african gray,2 pionus, 2 palm cockatoos and 4 major mitchell cockatoos,i think this is a helth problem, can be mentally,,thanks god this never happens to my birds ,i recomend to change the food nutrition ,give him vitamin and minerals on water and lots of execise, very sad, i hope rain gets better ='-(

I hope this vid informs people of what happens when they buy a cute bird without understanding the responsability they are taking on.
This is what happens when a bird gets bored, stressed or anxious.
You'll never cure Rain, plucking is now an automatic response to boredom, stress or anxiety. But you know that already.
